Realme 14 Pro Plus

The Realme 14 Pro Plus has a non-folding, non-rugged body measuring 163.5 mm tall, 77.3 mm wide, and 8 mm thick, with a total volume of 101.1084 cm³ and a weight of 196 g. Its most notable design attribute is its IP69 ingress protection rating, which classifies it as waterproof and capable of withstanding high-pressure water exposure.

The Realme 14 Pro Plus features a 6.83″ OLED/AMOLED touchscreen with a resolution of 1272 x 2800 px and a pixel density of 450 ppi, delivering a detailed and vibrant image. The display runs at a 120Hz refresh rate with a 240Hz touch sampling rate, and reaches a typical brightness of 1200 nits. It is protected by Gorilla Glass 7i and supports Dolby Vision, while also offering an Always-On Display mode. HDR10 and HDR10+ are not supported, and there is no secondary screen.

The Realme 14 Pro Plus is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 3, a 4 nm chipset with an 8-thread CPU configuration running at up to 2.5 GHz, a turbo clock of 2.4 GHz, and a thermal design power of 5W; it supports big.LITTLE technology and HMP for workload distribution across cores. The Adreno 710 GPU clocks at 1050 MHz and supports DirectX 12, OpenGL 3.2, OpenGL ES 3.2, and OpenCL 2, backed by 128 shading units and integrated graphics. The device comes with 12 GB of LPDDR5 RAM at 3200 MHz — expandable up to a maximum of 16 GB — and 512 GB of internal storage, with a maximum memory bandwidth of 25.6 GB/s. It scores 801,000 on AnTuTu, 1162 and 3239 on Geekbench 6 single and multi-core respectively, and 893 and 3242 on Geekbench 5 single and multi-core. The SoC includes integrated LTE, TrustZone security, 64-bit support, and multithreading.

The Realme 14 Pro Plus carries a triple rear camera system with sensors of 50 MP (f/1.8), 50 MP (f/2.7), and 8 MP (f/2.2), each with a 1 µm pixel size and covering a focal range of 16 mm to 73 mm with 3x optical zoom; the setup uses a CMOS sensor without back-side illumination and includes optical image stabilization. Autofocus options include phase-detection and touch autofocus for photos as well as continuous autofocus during video, though laser autofocus is absent. Video capture reaches up to 2160 x 30 fps, with slow-motion recording supported, while HDR10 and Dolby Vision recording are not available. The rear flash uses a dual-tone LED arrangement with three LEDs in total, though an RGB flash is not included. Manual controls extend to exposure, ISO, focus, and white balance, while manual shutter speed is not available; the camera also supports RAW capture, HDR mode, burst mode, in-camera panoramas, and timelapse. The 32 MP single-lens front camera has an f/2.0 aperture, has no LED flash, and is not positioned under the display. Neither the front nor rear system offers 3D photo or video recording, and 360-degree panorama shooting is not supported.

The Realme 14 Pro Plus runs Android 15, an open-source platform that supports multi-user access, on-device machine learning, offline voice recognition, and voice commands. On the privacy side, it offers clipboard warnings, location privacy options, camera and microphone access controls, and the ability to block app tracking, though Mail Privacy Protection and cross-site tracking blocking are not included. The interface supports dark mode, dynamic theming, theme customization, widgets, an extra dim mode, customizable notifications, notification permissions, a media picker, sharing intents, Live Text, full-page screenshots, split-screen multitasking, and Picture-in-Picture. Additional practical features include a battery health check, app offloading, phone tracking, child lock, and the ability to play games while they are still downloading. Wi-Fi password sharing, focus modes, Quick Start, and the ability to function as a PC are not available, and the device does not receive direct OS updates from the vendor.

The Realme 14 Pro Plus is equipped with a 6000 mAh non-removable rechargeable battery that supports 80W wired fast charging, and a charger is included in the box. Wireless charging is not available. The device features a battery level indicator and an ultra power-saving mode for extended use when charge is running low.

The Realme 14 Pro Plus includes stereo speakers and two microphones, but omits a 3.5 mm headphone jack. Bluetooth audio codecs LDAC and aptX Lossless are not supported, and there is no built-in radio.

The Realme 14 Pro Plus supports 5G connectivity with a cellular module, dual SIM card slots, and download speeds of up to 2900 MBits/s. Wireless networking covers Wi-Fi 4 (802.11n), Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac), and Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax), while Bluetooth 5.2 and NFC are also on board. The device connects via USB Type-C at USB 2.0 speeds and has no external memory slot, HDMI output, or DLNA certification. Onboard sensors include a gyroscope, accelerometer, compass, GPS, and Galileo satellite navigation, while a fingerprint scanner handles biometric authentication; 3D facial recognition and an iris scanner are not present. Motion tracking, optical tracking, ANT+, a heart rate monitor, barometer, infrared sensor, and a built-in projector are all absent, and no stylus is included. Emergency SOS via satellite and crash detection are likewise not supported.

The Realme 14 Pro Plus includes a video light for illumination during video recording, but does not feature a sapphire glass display, a curved display, or an e-paper display.
