Realme C63

The Realme C63 has a standard, non-folding form factor measuring 167.3 mm tall, 76.7 mm wide, and 7.7 mm thin, with a total volume of approximately 98.81 cm³ and a weight of 189 g. It carries an IP54 rating, meaning it offers a degree of protection against dust and water splashes, though it is not built to a rugged standard.

The Realme C63 uses an IPS LCD touchscreen measuring 6.75″ with a resolution of 720 x 1600 px and a pixel density of 260 ppi. It supports a 90Hz refresh rate and a 180Hz touch sampling rate, contributing to reasonably smooth on-screen interactions. The display does not include branded damage-resistant glass, Always-On Display functionality, or support for HDR10, HDR10+, or Dolby Vision, and there is no secondary screen present.

The Realme C63 is powered by the Unisoc T612 chipset, built on a 12 nm process with an octa-core CPU running at up to 1.8 GHz across all eight threads using big.LITTLE technology, paired with 8GB of DDR4 RAM at 1866 MHz and 256GB of eMMC 5.1 internal storage. Graphics are handled by the Mali G57 MP1 GPU, which features 2 execution units, 32 shading units, a turbo clock of 614.4 MHz, and supports DirectX 11 and OpenCL 2.0. The SoC includes integrated LTE, ARM TrustZone security, and a maximum memory bandwidth of 12.8 GB/s, while the cache hierarchy consists of 128 KB L1, 2 MB L2, and 1 MB L3 cache, with the platform supporting 64-bit processing.

The Realme C63 features a single-lens 50 MP rear camera with an f/1.8 aperture, a CMOS sensor, and phase-detection autofocus, along with touch autofocus and continuous autofocus during video recording, though optical image stabilization and laser autofocus are not included. It records video at 1080p and 30 fps and supports slow-motion recording, but does not offer HDR10 or Dolby Vision recording, nor any optical zoom. Manual controls cover exposure, ISO, focus, and white balance, while burst mode, HDR, timelapse, and in-camera panorama are also available, though manual shutter speed and RAW capture are not. A single LED flash is present at the rear, with no dual-tone or RGB flash option. On the front, an 8 MP camera with an f/2.0 aperture handles selfies — it is a single-lens unit with no dedicated flash, and it is not positioned under the display.

The Realme C63 runs Android 14 and includes a solid set of privacy controls, covering clipboard warnings, location privacy options, and camera and microphone access management, though Mail Privacy Protection and cross-site tracking blocking are not present. On the customization side, it supports dark mode, dynamic theming, theme customization, widgets, and customizable notifications, while focus modes and app offloading are not available. The OS also brings practical usability features such as split-screen multitasking, Picture-in-Picture, full-page screenshots, a media picker, sharing intents, a child lock, and the ability to play games while they download. On-device machine learning is supported, as are offline voice recognition, voice commands, device tracking, and multi-user functionality, along with a battery health check and extra dim mode. Direct OS updates from the vendor are not offered, and Quick Start is not supported.

The Realme C63 is equipped with a 5000 mAh rechargeable, non-removable battery that supports 45W wired fast charging, and a charger is included in the box. Wireless charging is not supported. The device features a battery level indicator and an ultra power-saving mode for extended use when charge is running low.

The Realme C63 includes a 3.5 mm headphone jack and stereo speakers, covering the essentials for both wired listening and built-in audio output. It has a single microphone and does not support any advanced Bluetooth audio codecs, including aptX, aptX HD, aptX Adaptive, aptX Lossless, or LDAC.

The Realme C63 supports a cellular connection with dual SIM capability and reaches download speeds of up to 300 Mbit/s and upload speeds of up to 100 Mbit/s, though 5G is not available. Wireless connectivity is handled by Wi-Fi 4 and Wi-Fi 5 alongside Bluetooth 5.0, and NFC is present for short-range communication. The device uses a USB Type-C port running USB 2.0 and includes an external memory slot for storage expansion, but there is no HDMI output. For navigation, it has GPS with Galileo support, a compass, a gyroscope, and an accelerometer, while a barometer, infrared sensor, heart rate monitor, and ANT+ are all absent. Security is handled by a fingerprint scanner, with no iris scanner or 3D facial recognition on board. Features such as crash detection, emergency SOS via satellite, a built-in projector, motion tracking, optical tracking, and a stylus are not included.

The Realme C63 includes a video light to assist with recording in low-light conditions. The display is flat rather than curved and uses neither sapphire glass nor an e-paper panel.
