It carries an IP54 rating, meaning it offers a degree of protection against dust and water splashes, though it is not designed to withstand full submersion. Overall, the device presents a reasonably slim and lightweight build for everyday handling.

The Realme C67 5G features a 6.72″ IPS LCD touchscreen with a 1080 x 2400 px resolution and a pixel density of 392 ppi, producing a reasonably sharp image across its large panel. The display runs at a 120Hz refresh rate and reaches a typical brightness of 550 nits, making content appear smooth during scrolling and navigation. It does not include branded damage-resistant glass, an Always-On Display mode, a secondary screen, or support for HDR10, HDR10+, or Dolby Vision.

The Realme C67 5G is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6100 Plus, a 6 nm octa-core chipset with two cores clocked at 2.2 GHz and six at 2.0 GHz, using big.LITTLE architecture with Heterogeneous Multi-Processing for efficient workload distribution across its 8 threads. It comes with 6 GB of LPDDR4 RAM running at 2133 MHz and 128 GB of internal storage, with support for up to 12 GB of maximum memory. The integrated Mali G57 MC2 GPU operates at 950 MHz and supports DirectX 12, while the SoC also includes integrated LTE. The chipset is 64-bit capable, supports multithreading, and achieves an AnTuTu benchmark score of 442,500.

The Realme C67 5G features a dual-lens rear camera system combining a 50 MP primary lens at f/1.8 and a 2 MP secondary lens at f/2.4, both using a CMOS sensor without back-illumination or optical image stabilization. Device tracking is supported, as is phone positioning. However, the device does not offer Wi-Fi password sharing, focus modes, a battery health check, app offloading, Quick Start, direct OS vendor updates, or the ability to function as a PC.

The Realme C67 5G is equipped with a 5000 mAh rechargeable, non-removable battery that supports 33W wired fast charging, and a charger is included in the box. A battery level indicator is present for convenient monitoring, though wireless charging is not supported.

The Realme C67 5G includes a video light to assist with recording in low-light conditions. The display is flat rather than curved, and uses neither sapphire glass nor an e-paper panel.
