At 196 g, it sits at a moderate weight for its size category, balancing a slim profile with the structural requirements of its water-resistant construction.

The Realme C75 features a 6.72″ IPS LCD touchscreen with a 1080 x 2400 px resolution and a pixel density of 392 ppi, offering a sharp and detailed image across its large panel. Brightness reaches a typical 580 nits, and the contrast ratio stands at 1500:1, while the display supports an Always-On mode for at-a-glance information without fully waking the screen. The panel runs at a 90 Hz refresh rate with a 180 Hz touch sampling rate for responsive input, though it does not support HDR10, HDR10+, Dolby Vision, branded damage-resistant glass, or a secondary screen.

The Realme C75 is powered by the MediaTek Helio G92 chipset, built on a 12 nm process with an octa-core CPU configuration running at 2 x 2 GHz and 6 x 1.8 GHz using big.LITTLE architecture with HMP support, and a Mali-G52 MC2 GPU clocked at 1000 MHz with OpenGL 3.2 and OpenCL 2 support. The SoC supports 64-bit processing, multithreading across 8 threads, and has a thermal design power of 5W, with integrated LTE and integrated graphics also on board. It is paired with 8 GB of DDR4 RAM running at 1866 MHz across two memory channels, offering a maximum bandwidth of 13.41 GB/s, while 256 GB of eMMC 5.1 internal storage handles local data — the maximum supported memory amount is 8 GB. Benchmark results place the device at an AnTuTu score of 288,950, a Geekbench 6 single-core result of 441, and a multi-core result of 1,407.

The Realme C75 uses a single-lens rear camera with a 50 MP CMOS sensor and an f/1.8 aperture, supported by phase-detection autofocus, touch autofocus, and continuous autofocus during video recording, though it lacks laser autofocus, optical image stabilization, and a back-illuminated sensor. Video capture tops out at 1080p at 30 fps, with slow-motion recording also available, but neither HDR10 nor Dolby Vision recording is supported, and there is no optical zoom. Manual controls cover exposure, ISO, focus, and white balance, while shooting modes include burst, panorama, HDR, and timelapse, though manual shutter speed, RAW capture, and 360° panorama are absent. Direct OS updates from the vendor are not available, and the device does not support focus modes, Wi-Fi password sharing, app offloading, Quick Start, or PC mode.

The Realme C75 is equipped with a 6000 mAh rechargeable, non-removable battery that supports 45W fast charging, with a charger included in the box. A battery level indicator is present for monitoring charge status, though wireless charging is not supported.

The Realme C75 includes stereo speakers but omits a 3.5 mm headphone jack, so wired audio requires an adapter or USB-C headphones. It has a single microphone and does not support any high-quality Bluetooth audio codecs, with no aptX, aptX HD, aptX Adaptive, aptX Lossless, or LDAC available.
