The Realme C75 5G features a 6.67″ IPS LCD touchscreen with a resolution of 720 x 1604 px and a pixel density of 264 ppi, backed by a contrast ratio of 1500:1. It supports a 120Hz refresh rate for smoother on-screen motion and a 180Hz touch sampling rate for more responsive input. The display does not include branded damage-resistant glass, and it lacks support for HDR10, HDR10+, Dolby Vision, and Always-On Display functionality. There is no secondary screen.

The Realme C75 5G is driven by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300, an octa-core chipset built on a 6 nm process with two performance cores clocked at 2.4 GHz and six efficiency cores at 2 GHz, supported by big.LITTLE architecture and Heterogeneous Multi-Processing for balanced workload distribution across 8 threads. On the customization side, the OS supports dark mode, dynamic theming, theme customization, widgets, and customizable notifications, while focus modes and Quick Start are absent. Productivity features include split-screen multitasking, Picture-in-Picture, full-page screenshots, a media picker, sharing intents, the ability to offload apps, and support for playing games while they download.
