The Realme GT Neo6 features a 6.78″ OLED/AMOLED touchscreen with a resolution of 1264 x 2780 px and a pixel density of 450 ppi, delivering a sharp and detailed image across its single panel — there is no secondary screen. The display runs at a 120Hz refresh rate with a 360Hz touch sampling rate, and typical brightness reaches 1600 nits alongside a contrast ratio of 5,000,000:1, both characteristic of OLED technology. Always-On Display is supported, though the screen does not carry branded damage-resistant glass and lacks HDR10, HDR10+, or Dolby Vision certification.

The Realme GT Neo6 is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 system-on-chip, built on a 4 nm process with a multi-cluster CPU configuration running at 1 x 3, 4 x 2.8, and 3 x 2 GHz, supported by big.LITTLE technology and multithreading, with a TDP of 12.5W. Graphics are handled by the integrated Adreno 735 GPU clocked at 1100 MHz with 3 execution units, supporting DirectX 12, OpenGL 3.3, OpenGL ES 3.2, OpenVG 1.2, and OpenCL 2, driving a single display. The chip integrates LTE and includes TrustZone security, with 1 MB of L2 cache and 8 MB of L3 cache. The device ships with 16 GB of DDR5 RAM running at 4800 MHz and a maximum supported memory amount of 24 GB, paired with 1024 GB of internal storage and a maximum memory bandwidth of 64 GB/s.
