The integrated Adreno 732 GPU clocks at 950 MHz, supports DirectX 12, OpenGL ES 3.2, and OpenCL 2, and counts 768 shading units. Integrated LTE, TrustZone security, multithreading, and 64-bit support are all present. In benchmarks, the device scores 1,366,880 on AnTuTu, 5,098 and 1,913 on Geekbench 6 multi- and single-core respectively, 10,838 on 3DMark Wild Life, 11,434 on Wild Life Unlimited, 2,907 on Wild Life Extreme, 966 on 3DMark Steel Nomad, 15,907 on PCMark Work 3.0 performance, and 948 minutes on the PCMark Work 3.0 battery test.

The Realme GT Neo6 SE features a dual-lens rear camera system combining a 50 MP sensor at f/2.2 and an 8 MP sensor at f/1.9, backed by optical image stabilization and a CMOS sensor without back-illumination. Autofocus options include phase-detection and touch autofocus for stills, as well as continuous autofocus during video, though laser autofocus is absent. The main camera supports 4K video recording at 60 fps along with slow-motion capture, while HDR10 and Dolby Vision recording are not available. A dual-tone LED flash with two LEDs is present, though there is no RGB flash. The device supports multi-user profiles, a child lock, phone tracking, offline voice recognition, voice commands, battery health check, and on-device machine learning. Wi-Fi password sharing and Quick Start are not supported, and direct OS updates from the vendor are not provided.

The Realme GT Neo6 SE houses a 5500 mAh rechargeable, non-removable battery with a battery level indicator. It supports 100W wired fast charging, and a charger is included in the box. Wireless charging is not available.

The Realme GT Neo6 SE includes stereo speakers and supports several Bluetooth audio codecs, namely aptX, aptX HD, and LDAC, though aptX Adaptive and aptX Lossless are not available. There is no 3.5 mm headphone jack and no built-in radio.

The Realme GT Neo6 SE features a curved display and includes a video light, while it does not use sapphire glass and has no e-paper display.
