The Realme Narzo 70x 5G features a 6.72″ IPS LCD touchscreen with a 1080 x 2400 px resolution and a pixel density of 392 ppi, offering a reasonably sharp image across its large panel. It supports a 120Hz refresh rate paired with a 240Hz touch sampling rate, and reaches a typical brightness of 800 nits. The display does not include branded damage-resistant glass, and lacks support for HDR10, HDR10+, Dolby Vision, and Always-On Display functionality, nor does it have a secondary screen.

On-device machine learning is supported, as are offline voice recognition and voice commands, and the platform is free and open source, though it does not receive direct OS updates from the vendor and cannot be used as a PC.

The Realme Narzo 70x 5G is equipped with a 5000 mAh rechargeable, non-removable battery that supports 45W fast charging, and a charger is included in the box. A battery level indicator is present, making it easy to monitor remaining charge at a glance, though wireless charging is not supported.
