Realme Narzo N61

It carries an IP54 rating, which means it offers meaningful resistance to dust ingress and low-pressure water splashes, though it does not feature a rugged build designed for harsh environments.

The Realme Narzo N61 features a 6.74-inch IPS LCD touchscreen with a 720 x 1600 px resolution and a pixel density of 260 ppi, delivering a reasonably clear image for its class. The panel runs at a 90Hz refresh rate with a 180Hz touch sampling rate, which helps interactions feel responsive, and typical brightness reaches 450 nits. The display does not support HDR10, HDR10+, or Dolby Vision, has no Always-On Display mode, and lacks branded damage-resistant glass; there is also no secondary screen.

The Realme Narzo N61 is powered by the Unisoc T612 chipset, built on a 12 nm process with an octa-core CPU running at 1.8 GHz across all eight threads using big.LITTLE technology, and it supports 64-bit processing along with integrated LTE. Graphics are handled by the Mali G57 MP1 with 2 execution units, 32 shading units, a turbo clock of 614.4 MHz, and support for DirectX 11 and OpenCL 2.0. The chip is paired with 6 GB of LPDDR4 RAM at 1866 MHz and a maximum memory bandwidth of 12.8 GB/s, with cache layers of 128 KB L1, 2 MB L2, and 1 MB L3; the device supports up to 8 GB of RAM in total. Storage stands at 128 GB via eMMC 5.1, expandable externally up to 2 TB, and the AnTuTu benchmark score reaches approximately 220,000. ARM TrustZone is present for hardware-level security.

The Realme Narzo N61 uses a single-lens rear camera with a 32 MP CMOS sensor and an f/1.8 aperture, backed by phase-detection autofocus for stills, touch autofocus, and continuous autofocus during video recording, though there is no optical image stabilization, laser autofocus, or optical zoom. The Realme Narzo N61 runs Android 14, an open-source platform that supports multiple user accounts, offline voice recognition, voice commands, on-device machine learning, and device position tracking. On the privacy side, it offers clipboard warnings, location privacy controls, camera and microphone access management, and the ability to block app tracking, though cross-site tracking blocking and Mail Privacy Protection are absent. The interface supports theme customization, dynamic theming, dark mode, and an extra dim mode, while productivity features include split-screen multitasking, Picture-in-Picture, full-page screenshots, a media picker, customizable notifications, sharing intents, widgets, a child lock, and the ability to play games during downloads. Battery health check and Live Text are also present, whereas Wi-Fi password sharing, focus modes, app offloading, Quick Start, and the ability to function as a PC are not supported, and OS updates are not delivered directly from the vendor.

The Realme Narzo N61 is equipped with a 5000 mAh rechargeable, non-removable battery that supports fast charging at up to 10W via cable. A battery level indicator is present to keep the user informed of remaining charge, though wireless charging is not available.

The Realme Narzo N61 includes a 3.5 mm headphone jack for wired audio, but comes with a single speaker rather than a stereo setup. On the wireless audio side, none of the high-quality Bluetooth codec standards — aptX, aptX HD, aptX Adaptive, aptX Lossless, or LDAC — are supported, and there is no built-in radio.

The Realme Narzo N61 is a 4G-only device — 5G is not supported — but it handles wireless connectivity through Wi-Fi 4 (802.11n) and Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac), alongside Bluetooth 5.0. Satellite SOS, crash detection, ANT+, a stylus, and a built-in projector are also not featured.

The Realme Narzo N61 includes a video light to assist with recording in low-light conditions. The display is flat rather than curved and uses neither sapphire glass nor an e-paper panel.
