The Realme Neo7 Turbo features a 6.8″ OLED/AMOLED touchscreen with a resolution of 1280 x 2800 px and a pixel density of 453 ppi, paired with a 144Hz refresh rate for smooth on-screen motion. Typical brightness sits at 1800 nits, and the display supports both HDR10 and HDR10+, though Dolby Vision is not supported. Always-On Display is absent, and there is no secondary screen. The panel does not use branded damage-resistant glass.

The Realme Neo7 Turbo is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400e system-on-chip, fabricated on a 4 nm process with 22,700 million transistors and an eight-thread CPU configuration spanning cores clocked at 3.4, 2.85, and 2 GHz using big.LITTLE architecture with Heterogeneous Multi-Processing. It is paired with 16 GB of LPDDR5 RAM running at 8533 MHz across two memory channels, a maximum supported memory amount of 24 GB, and 1024 GB of internal storage. The integrated Arm Immortalis-G720 MC12 GPU runs at 1300 MHz, supports DirectX 12, OpenGL ES 3.2, and OpenCL 2, drives up to two displays, and offers 128 shading units, while the SoC delivers a maximum memory bandwidth of 76.8 GB/s along with 8 MB of L2 and 8 MB of L3 cache. Geekbench 6 scores are recorded at 2302 single-core and 7547 multi-core, and the chip includes integrated LTE and integrated graphics, though hardware-level multithreading is not present.

The rear camera system is a dual-lens setup combining a 50 MP sensor at f/2.2 and an 8 MP sensor at f/1.8, both using CMOS technology without a back-illuminated sensor, and supported by optical image stabilization. On-device machine learning is present, apps can be offloaded to free up space, a battery health check tool is available, and a child lock is included, though Quick Start and the ability to use the device as a PC are not supported. OS updates do not come directly from the platform vendor.
