It weighs 186 g, keeping it within a manageable range for everyday handling. The device carries an IP65 rating, confirming protection against dust and water exposure, though it does not feature a rugged build in the traditional reinforced sense.

The Realme P1 Pro 5G features a 6.7″ OLED/AMOLED touchscreen with a resolution of 1080 x 2412 pixels and a pixel density of 394 ppi, producing a reasonably sharp visual output. The panel operates at a 120Hz refresh rate and reaches a typical brightness of 800 nits, making it suitable for general indoor and outdoor viewing. It does not support HDR10, HDR10+, or Dolby Vision, and there is no Always-On Display mode or secondary screen. The display also lacks branded damage-resistant glass coverage.

The Realme P1 Pro 5G is driven by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1, a 4 nm octa-core chipset configured with four cores at 2.2 GHz and four at 1.8 GHz, supported by 8 GB of LPDDR5 RAM running at 2750 MHz and 256 GB of internal storage based on eMMC 5.1, with the platform supporting up to 12 GB of RAM. The chip employs big.LITTLE architecture with Heterogeneous Multi-Processing, ARM TrustZone security, and integrated LTE, while the Adreno 710 GPU clocks at 800 MHz with 128 shading units, a maximum memory bandwidth of 22 GB/s across two memory channels, and compatibility with DirectX 12, OpenGL ES 3.2, and OpenCL 2.0. Cache configuration includes 256 KB of L1, 2 MB of L2, and 2 MB of L3 cache, and the SoC carries a thermal design power rating of 7W. In Geekbench 6 testing, the device scores 943 in the single-core test and 2748 in the multi-core test, with the platform fully supporting 64-bit processing.

The Realme P1 Pro 5G features a dual-lens rear camera system pairing a 50 MP primary sensor at f/1.8 with an 8 MP secondary lens at f/2.2, both using CMOS technology without a back-illuminated sensor. The main camera supports optical image stabilization, phase-detection autofocus, touch autofocus, continuous autofocus during video, and a manual control set covering exposure, ISO, focus, and white balance, though manual shutter speed is not available. It can record video at up to 2160p at 30 fps, and also supports slow-motion recording, HDR mode, burst mode, panorama, and timelapse, while HDR10 recording, 360° panorama, RAW capture, and 3D recording are not included. The flash setup consists of two LED units, though neither a dual-tone configuration nor an RGB flash is present. The Realme P1 Pro 5G runs Android 14 and includes a broad set of privacy controls, among them clipboard warnings, location privacy options, camera and microphone access management, and the ability to block app tracking, though cross-site tracking blocking and Mail Privacy Protection are not available. On the customization side, the OS supports dark mode, dynamic theming, theme customization, widgets, and customizable notifications, while focus modes and app offloading are absent. Productivity features include split-screen multitasking, Picture-in-Picture, full-page scrolling screenshots, a media picker, sharing intents, Live Text selection, and the ability to play games while they are still downloading. The device also supports on-device machine learning, offline voice recognition, voice commands, phone tracking, a child lock, multi-user accounts, and a battery health check tool. OS updates are not delivered directly from the vendor, and Quick Start and Wi-Fi password sharing are not supported.

The Realme P1 Pro 5G is equipped with a 5000 mAh rechargeable, non-removable battery that supports 45W wired fast charging, with a charger included in the box. The device features a battery level indicator for monitoring charge status, though wireless charging is not supported.

The Realme P1 Pro 5G has a notably limited audio feature set. It lacks a 3.5 mm headphone jack and stereo speakers, and does not include a built-in radio. On the wireless audio side, none of the high-quality Bluetooth codec standards are supported, including aptX, aptX HD, aptX Adaptive, aptX Lossless, and LDAC.

The Realme P1 Pro 5G supports 5G connectivity with peak download and upload speeds of 2900 Mbits/s and 900 Mbits/s respectively, and accommodates two SIM cards simultaneously. The device uses a USB Type-C port running USB 2.0, and does not include NFC, HDMI output, or an external memory slot. For navigation and motion sensing, it integrates GPS with Galileo support, a compass, gyroscope, and accelerometer, though a barometer, heart rate monitor, infrared sensor, and ANT+ support are all absent. Security is handled through a fingerprint scanner, while 3D facial recognition and an iris scanner are not featured. The device does not include crash detection, emergency SOS via satellite, DLNA certification, a built-in projector, or a stylus.

The Realme P1 Pro 5G features a curved display and includes a video light for use during video recording. The screen is not made of sapphire glass and the device does not use an e-paper display.
