The Realme P3 Ultra 5G has a trim design, measuring just 7.4 mm thick and weighing 183 g, making it notably light for its class. It carries an IP68 rating, meaning it is fully waterproof against dust and prolonged water submersion. The device does not feature a rugged build, nor does it support any folding mechanism.

The Realme P3 Ultra 5G features a 6.67″ OLED/AMOLED touchscreen with a resolution of 1220 x 2712 px and a pixel density of 446 ppi, producing sharp and detailed visuals. A 120Hz refresh rate ensures smooth on-screen motion during everyday use. The display does not support HDR10, HDR10+, or Dolby Vision, and there is no Always-On Display mode or secondary screen. It also lacks branded damage-resistant glass coverage.

The Realme P3 Ultra 5G is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8350, a 4 nm octa-core chipset with 8 threads arranged in a big.LITTLE configuration running at speeds of 1 x 3.35, 3 x 3.2, and 4 x 2.2 GHz, supported by integrated LTE and TrustZone security. It is paired with 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM clocked at 8533 MHz across 4 memory channels, offering a maximum memory bandwidth of 68.2 GB/s and support for up to 24GB total memory, alongside 256GB of internal storage. Graphics are handled by the integrated Mali G615 MC6 GPU running at 1400 MHz with DirectX 12 and OpenCL 2.0 support. The chipset also includes an NX bit and HMP support, operates in full 64-bit mode, and features a 4 MB L3 cache. Benchmark results stand at an AnTuTu score of 1,450,000, a Geekbench 6 single-core score of 1536, and a multi-core score of 4700.

The Realme P3 Ultra 5G sports a multi-lens rear camera system headlined by a 50 MP CMOS sensor with optical image stabilization, phase-detection autofocus, and touch autofocus, though it lacks a BSI sensor and laser autofocus. On the privacy side, it offers clipboard warnings, location privacy controls, camera and microphone access management, and the ability to block app tracking, though cross-site tracking blocking and Mail Privacy Protection are not included. The interface supports theme customization, dynamic theming, dark mode, and an extra dim mode, while widgets, split-screen multitasking, Picture-in-Picture, and sharing intents are all available. Users also benefit from customizable notifications with granular permission controls, a media picker, full-page scrolling screenshots, Live Text selection, and the ability to play games while they download. Productivity and convenience are further supported by offline voice recognition, voice commands, on-device machine learning, app offloading, a child lock, multi-user support, phone tracking, and a battery health check. Wi-Fi password sharing, focus modes, Quick Start, and the ability to function as a PC are not present, and OS updates do not come directly from the vendor.

The Realme P3 Ultra 5G is equipped with a 6000 mAh rechargeable battery that supports 80W wired fast charging, allowing for significantly reduced charging times. A battery level indicator is built in for convenient monitoring. The battery is not removable, and wireless charging is not supported.

The Realme P3 Ultra 5G includes stereo speakers for a wider audio experience, but omits a 3.5 mm headphone jack, meaning wired headphones require an adapter. High-fidelity wireless audio codecs such as LDAC and aptX Lossless are not supported, and there is no built-in radio tuner.

The Realme P3 Ultra 5G offers a well-rounded connectivity setup, supporting 5G, Wi-Fi 4, 5, and 6 (802.11n/ac/ax), and Bluetooth 5.4, alongside NFC for contactless interactions.
