The Realme P4 Power 5G features a 6.8″ OLED/AMOLED touchscreen with a resolution of 1280 x 2800 px and a pixel density of 453 ppi, producing a sharp and detailed image across its large panel. The display runs at a 144Hz refresh rate and offers a typical brightness of 600 nits, while supporting both HDR10 and HDR10+ for enhanced contrast and color depth — though Dolby Vision is not supported. The screen is protected by Gorilla Glass 7i and includes an Always-On Display mode, giving users persistent glanceable information without fully waking the device. There is no secondary screen, and Dolby Vision playback is not available on this model.

OS updates do not come directly from the platform vendor, and features such as focus modes, Wi-Fi password sharing, and Quick Start are absent from this model.

The Realme P4 Power 5G is equipped with a 10001 mAh rechargeable, non-removable battery that supports 80W fast wired charging, with a charger included in the box. A battery level indicator is present to keep users informed of remaining charge. Wireless charging and reverse wireless charging are not supported on this model.
