App tracking can be blocked, and on-device machine learning is supported. On the customization side, the OS offers theme customization, dynamic theming, dark mode, and an extra dim mode, while focus modes are not present. Productivity features include split-screen multitasking, Picture-in-Picture, full-page scrolling screenshots, a media picker, sharing intents, widgets, and the ability to function as a PC. The system supports multi-user accounts, a child lock, customizable notifications, notification permissions, and app offloading. Wi-Fi password sharing and Quick Start are not supported, and direct OS updates from the vendor are not available on this device.

The Samsung Galaxy S26+ houses a 4900 mAh rechargeable, non-removable battery with a battery level indicator and an ultra power-saving mode. Wired fast charging is supported at 45W, while wireless charging runs at 25W and reverse wireless charging is available at 4.5W. No charger is included in the box.
