The Skullcandy Push ANC Active feature an in-ear fit and are fully true wireless, with no cables or neckband connecting the two earbuds. Wingtips are included to help secure them in place during activity. The earbuds carry an IP67 rating, meaning they are protected against dust ingress and can withstand water immersion, making them well-suited for use in demanding conditions. Stereo speakers are present in both earbuds, delivering a standard two-channel listening experience.
The Push ANC Active are equipped with active noise cancellation alongside passive noise reduction, giving them two layers of isolation from surrounding sound. Each earbud uses a 12 mm driver unit with an impedance of 16 Ohms and a sound pressure level of 99 dB/mW, while the frequency response spans the full audible range from 20 Hz to 20,000 Hz. The drivers do not use a neodymium magnet in their construction.
The Push ANC Active have a rechargeable battery that delivers up to 12 hours of playback per charge, or 7 hours when active noise cancellation is enabled. The included charging case extends the total battery life to 46 hours, and a full charge takes 2 hours. Both wired and wireless charging are supported, and a battery level indicator lets users monitor remaining power. The earbuds' battery is not removable but can be recharged as needed.
The Push ANC Active connect wirelessly via Bluetooth 5.3 with a maximum range of 10 meters, and support fast pairing for quicker device setup. USB Type-C is used for wired charging. The earbuds do not support NFC pairing, nor do they include any aptX codec variants — including aptX, aptX HD, aptX Adaptive, aptX Low Latency, aptX Lossless, or aptX Voice — and neither LDAC, LDHC, nor AAC are available, meaning audio is transmitted using the standard SBC codec.
The Push ANC Active include an ambient sound mode for awareness of surroundings, a mute function, and voice prompts for audio feedback during use. They support multipoint connectivity with up to two devices simultaneously and can function as a headset for calls. Controls are handled via a panel placed on the earbuds themselves rather than an in-line remote, and there is no in/on-ear detection to automatically pause playback. Fast charging is supported, and a travel bag is included in the box. The earbuds also feature a find-device function to help locate them when misplaced, and they do not include a body temperature sensor.
The Push ANC Active feature a four-microphone array with noise cancellation, allowing them to reduce background noise during calls and voice input for clearer communication.
