The camera also features a two-stage shutter and supports lossless compressed raw capture.
The Sony Alpha 7 V records video at up to 2160p at 120 fps with a maximum bitrate of 200 Mbps, and also supports a 24p cinema mode as well as slow-motion video recording. Autofocus during video capture is handled by a phase-detection system with continuous AF enabled throughout recording. For audio, the camera includes a built-in dual stereo microphone along with a 3.5 mm input for connecting an external microphone.
