The display operates at a 60Hz refresh rate with a 120Hz touch sampling rate, and is protected by Gorilla Glass Victus. It supports HDR10 and has an Always-On Display mode, though HDR10+, Dolby Vision, and a secondary screen are not included. There is no secondary screen on this device.

The Sony Xperia 10 VI is equipped with a 5000 mAh rechargeable battery that is non-removable and comes with a charger included in the box. A battery level indicator is present, though wireless charging is not supported.

The Sony Xperia 10 VI covers the audio side well, offering stereo speakers and a 3.5 mm headphone jack for wired listening. Wireless audio is broadly supported through aptX, aptX HD, aptX Adaptive, and LDAC, enabling high-quality Bluetooth audio transmission, though aptX Lossless is not available.
