For durability against moisture, the earbuds carry an IPX5 rating, meaning they are water resistant and can handle splashes during everyday use.
The Soundpeats Air 5 Lite uses a 13 mm driver unit and covers a frequency range of 20 Hz to 20,000 Hz, spanning the full standard range of human hearing. It supports spatial audio for a more dimensional listening experience, though it does not include active noise cancellation, passive noise reduction, Dolby Atmos, Dirac Virtuo, or a neodymium magnet.
Each earbud holds a 35 mAh rechargeable battery rated for 8 hours of playback, while the 400 mAh charging case contributes an additional 22 hours, bringing the total available listening time to around 30 hours. A full charge takes approximately 1 hour, and a battery level indicator is included to help track remaining power. The earbuds do not support wireless charging or solar charging, so replenishment relies on a wired connection.
