The T-Mobile REVVL Tab 2 is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300, a 6 nm chipset with eight CPU threads running at up to 2.4 GHz in a big.LITTLE configuration with HMP support, paired with 4 GB of RAM at 2133 MHz and 64 GB of internal storage expandable up to 2 TB via an external memory slot. The SoC includes integrated LTE, integrated graphics handled by the Arm Mali-G57 MC2 GPU clocked at 950 MHz with DirectX 12 support, and a cache hierarchy of 512 KB L1, 1 MB L2, and 2 MB L3. Maximum memory bandwidth reaches 17.07 GB/s, the maximum supported memory amount is 12 GB, and the chipset supports 64-bit processing. In Geekbench 6 testing, the device scores 782 in single-core and 2012 in multi-core, and it runs Android 15 out of the box.
The tablet's 8 MP rear camera supports 1080p video recording at 30 fps and includes a single LED flash, while manual controls for focus, exposure, white balance, and ISO give users a degree of hands-on adjustment. Touch autofocus and continuous autofocus during video recording are both supported, though the rear sensor lacks optical image stabilization, a BSI sensor, and a CMOS sensor. A 5 MP front camera is present for video calls and self-portraits, though it does not have a front-facing flash. Features such as HDR mode, panorama, slow-motion video, timelapse, burst mode, manual shutter speed, 360° panorama, dual-tone flash, RGB flash, video light, and 3D recording are not available on either camera.

The T-Mobile REVVL Tab 2 supports a single SIM card alongside a cellular module with 5G connectivity and Wi-Fi, and it connects via a USB Type-C port running USB 2.0 with a maximum download speed of 3300 Mbits/s and Bluetooth 5.3. On the software side, the tablet offers a range of productivity and usability features including split-screen multitasking, Picture-in-Picture, full-page screenshots, media picker, widgets, theme customization, dynamic theming, dark mode, extra dim mode, app offloading, customizable notifications, sharing intents, voice commands, offline voice recognition, and the ability to play games while downloading. It supports multi-user operation, includes a battery health check, and tracks device position, while on-device machine learning is also present. Privacy controls cover location options, camera and microphone access management, clipboard warnings, and app tracking blocking, though cross-site tracking blocking, Mail Privacy Protection, and Wi-Fi password sharing are not available. The accelerometer is the sole motion sensor, as the device lacks a gyroscope and compass, and there is no GPS, NFC, fingerprint scanner, iris scanner, 3D facial recognition, HDMI output, Ethernet, infrared sensor, built-in projector, focus modes, or Quick Start feature. Direct OS vendor updates are not provided.
The T-Mobile REVVL Tab 2 uses DDR4 memory and supports multithreading, allowing the processor to handle multiple threads simultaneously.
