The Tecno Pova 7 Ultra 5G features a 6.67″ OLED/AMOLED touchscreen with a resolution of 1260 x 2800 px and a pixel density of 460 ppi, delivering a sharp and vibrant visual experience. The panel runs at a 144Hz refresh rate paired with a 240Hz touch sampling rate for responsive input, though it does not support HDR10, HDR10+, or Dolby Vision, and there is no secondary screen or branded damage-resistant glass.

The Tecno Pova 7 Ultra 5G is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 chipset, built on a 4 nm process with an octa-core CPU configuration running at 1 x 3.35, 3 x 3.2, and 4 x 2.2 GHz across 8 threads, supported by big.LITTLE and HMP scheduling for efficient workload distribution. The SoC integrates a Mali G615 MC6 GPU clocked at 1400 MHz with DirectX 12 and OpenCL 2 support, alongside 8 GB of LPDDR5 RAM at 8533 MHz across 4 memory channels delivering up to 68.2 GB/s of bandwidth, with the device supporting a maximum memory capacity of 24 GB. The 256 GB of internal storage, 4 MB L3 cache, NX bit, TrustZone, and integrated LTE round out the silicon feature set, while benchmark results stand at an AnTuTu score of 1,530,000, a Geekbench 6 single-core score of 1536, and a multi-core score of 4700.
