The Ticktype DP104 is a full-size mechanical gaming keyboard with a standard profile and a gasket mount construction. It supports tri-mode connectivity through 2.4GHz wireless, USB, and Bluetooth, and comes with a detachable cable for wired use. The board operates at a polling rate of 8000 Hz and is not designed for Mac. Physically, it measures 437.5 mm wide, 138.1 mm deep, and 19.6 mm thick, with a total weight of 2200 g.
The DP104 features a backlit keyboard with RGB lighting and is available in four case color options: White, Gray, Pink, and Black. It includes adjustable feet for tilting the board to a preferred typing angle, though no wrist rest is included in the package.
The DP104 uses Rye Linear Switch mechanical switches, delivering a smooth, linear feel with a light actuation force of 36 g and a fixed actuation point of 2 mm. Total travel distance comes in at 3.6 mm, and the switches are hot-swappable, meaning they can be replaced without soldering.
The DP104 includes N-key rollover (NKRO) for full simultaneous keypress registration, a USB passthrough port for connecting peripherals, and an onboard display. It does not support analog input, rapid trigger, dual actuation, or adjustable actuation, and there is no QMK, ZMK, or VIA support.
The DP104 follows the ANSI (United States) layout with a standard key arrangement and no rotary dial. Keycaps are PBT double-shot in an OEM profile, offering a familiar stepped shape across the rows. Media functions are accessible via the Fn key rather than dedicated keys.
