The Tozo HA1 uses an over-ear fit with a closed-back design and built-in stereo speakers. It comes with a detachable, tangle-free cable, offering some flexibility in how it is used and stored. The headphones cannot be folded and no travel bag is included. They carry no water resistance rating, are not intended for children, and are not designed with a solar power battery or any similar supplementary feature.
The Tozo HA1 uses 40 mm driver units and covers a frequency range of 20 Hz to 20,000 Hz. It includes passive noise reduction, which helps limit ambient sound through the physical seal of the over-ear design, though it does not feature active noise cancellation. Spatial audio is also not supported.
The Tozo HA1 is equipped with a built-in rechargeable 400 mAh battery that is not removable, offering a rated battery life of 70 hours on a full charge. Charging is handled via USB Type-C and takes approximately 2 hours to complete. A battery level indicator is included to help track remaining charge. Wireless charging and solar power are not supported.
The Tozo HA1 supports both wireless and wired connectivity, with the wireless side running on Bluetooth 5.4 and a maximum range of 10 meters. The only supported audio codec is AAC; aptX, aptX HD, aptX Adaptive, aptX Low Latency, aptX Lossless, LDAC, LDHC, LE Audio, and Auracast are all absent. Audio latency is rated at 78 ms, and the headphone does not offer fast pairing or NFC-based pairing.
The Tozo HA1 includes a control panel placed on the device itself for managing playback, though it does not offer an in-line control panel on the cable. It lacks ambient sound mode and in/on-ear detection, so music will not pause automatically when the headphones are removed. The headphone cannot be used as a headset for calls. It comes with a one-year warranty.
