They carry an IPX6 water resistance rating, meaning they can handle strong water exposure without damage. Stereo speakers are built in, while RGB lighting, a UV light, and a display are all absent from the design.
The Tozo OpenWear use a 14.2 mm driver unit and cover a frequency range of 20 Hz to 20,000 Hz. Active noise cancellation and passive noise reduction are both absent, which is consistent with the open-ear design. The earbuds do not support spatial audio, Dolby Atmos, or Dirac Virtuo, and no neodymium magnet is included in the driver construction.
The Tozo OpenWear offer 8.5 hours of battery life per charge, with the charging case extending the total available playback to 29.5 hours. A full recharge takes 1.5 hours, and the earbuds feature a battery level indicator to keep track of remaining power. The battery is rechargeable, though wireless charging and solar power are not supported.

Voice prompts are included, and a travel bag comes in the box. The earbuds do not offer ambient sound mode, in-ear detection, a find-device feature, notification readout, an in-line control panel, a built-in translator, a temperature sensor, or a camera remote shutter. The product is covered by a 1.5-year warranty.
