The Truke Buds Echo follow a true wireless design with an in-ear fit, meaning there are no cables or a neckband to contend with during use. They carry an IPX5 ingress protection rating, classifying them as water resistant and suitable for exposure to sweat or light splashing. Stereo speakers are present, while wingtips, RGB lighting, a UV light, and a display are all absent from the design.
The Truke Buds Echo use a 13 mm driver unit and cover a frequency range of 20 Hz to 20,000 Hz. Passive noise reduction is included to help reduce ambient sound, though active noise cancellation is not supported. Spatial audio is available, while Dolby Atmos, Dirac Virtuo, and a neodymium magnet are not part of the specification.
The Truke Buds Echo offer 8 hours of battery life per charge, with the charging case extending total playback to 62 hours. A full charge takes 1.5 hours, and the battery is rechargeable. A battery level indicator is included to keep track of remaining charge, while wireless charging and solar power are not supported.
The Truke Buds Echo connect wirelessly via Bluetooth 5.4, with a maximum range of 10 m and an audio latency of 40 ms. USB Type-C is present for wired charging, and the earbuds can be used wirelessly without any physical connection. Neither fast pairing nor NFC pairing is supported, and the AAC codec is absent alongside all aptX variants — including aptX, aptX HD, aptX Adaptive, aptX Low Latency, aptX Lossless, and aptX Voice. LDAC, LDHC, Bluetooth LE Audio, and Auracast are likewise not featured.
The Truke Buds Echo support multipoint connectivity for up to two devices simultaneously and can function as a headset, with a mute function and voice prompts also included. Fast charging is supported, and controls are handled through a panel placed on the device itself rather than an in-line control panel. A travel bag is included in the package, and the warranty period covers one year. Features such as ambient sound mode, in/on-ear detection, a find device function, notification readout, a body temperature sensor, and a camera remote shutter are not part of the specification.
The Truke Buds Echo are equipped with four microphones, and noise cancellation is applied to the microphone input to help reduce unwanted background sound during calls.
