The Ulefone Armor 23 Ultra sports a 6.78-inch IPS LCD touchscreen with a 1080 x 2460 px resolution and a pixel density of 396 ppi, providing a clear and detailed image across its large panel. A 120Hz refresh rate keeps scrolling and on-screen motion smooth, and the display is protected by Gorilla Glass Victus for enhanced resistance to scratches and drops. HDR10, HDR10+, and Dolby Vision are not supported, and there is no Always-On Display mode or secondary screen.

The Ulefone Armor 23 Ultra is built around the MediaTek Dimensity 8020, a 6 nm octa-core chipset configured at 4 x 2.6 GHz and 4 x 2 GHz using big.LITTLE architecture with Heterogeneous Multi-Processing across 8 threads. It scores 1122 in Geekbench 6 single-core, 3681 in multi-core, 14100 in PCMark Work 3.0 performance, and 423 in 3DMark Steel Nomad, with the PCMark battery benchmark reaching 620 minutes. Graphics are managed by an integrated Mali G77 MP9 GPU running at 850 MHz with DirectX 12, OpenGL ES 3.2, and OpenCL 2 support. The chipset is paired with 12 GB of LPDDR5 RAM at 4267 MHz and 512 GB of internal storage, with the platform supporting up to 16 GB of memory. Security features include TrustZone and NX bit support, and the setup is fully 64-bit capable with integrated LTE on the SoC.

The sensor suite is notably well-equipped for a rugged device, featuring a gyroscope, accelerometer, compass, barometer, and infrared sensor, along with GPS and Galileo for navigation. A standout inclusion is emergency SOS via satellite, which adds a meaningful safety layer for users in remote or off-grid environments.
