The Ulefone Armor 26 Ultra features a rugged build with an IP68 waterproof rating, making it fully resistant to water ingress. The device measures 179 mm in height, 83 mm in width, and 25.5 mm in thickness, with a total volume of 378.8535 cm³. It weighs 609 g and does not support a folding form factor.

The Ulefone Armor 26 Ultra uses an IPS LCD touchscreen measuring 6.78″ with a resolution of 1080 x 2460 px and a pixel density of 396 ppi, delivering a reasonably sharp visual experience. The panel supports a 120 Hz refresh rate and is protected by Gorilla Glass 5, offering solid resistance against scratches and accidental impacts. The display does not support HDR10, HDR10+, Dolby Vision, or Always-On Display functionality, and there is no secondary screen present.

The Ulefone Armor 26 Ultra is driven by the MediaTek Dimensity 8020 chipset, built on a 6 nm process with an octa-core CPU running at 4 x 2.6 GHz and 4 x 2 GHz using big.LITTLE and HMP architecture across 8 threads. It is paired with 12 GB of DDR5 RAM at 4267 MHz, supporting a maximum of 16 GB, alongside 512 GB of internal storage. Graphics are handled by the Mali G77 MP9 with an 850 MHz clock speed, supporting DirectX 12, OpenGL ES 3.2, and OpenCL 2. In benchmark testing, the device scores 712454 on AnTuTu, 3681 and 1122 on Geekbench 6 multi- and single-core respectively, 13791 on PCMark Work 3.0 performance with a battery endurance result of 1310 minutes, and 434 on 3DMark Steel Nomad. The SoC also features integrated LTE, integrated graphics, NX bit, TrustZone, and 64-bit support.

The Ulefone Armor 26 Ultra features a quad-lens rear camera system with sensors at 200 MP, 64 MP, 50 MP, and 8 MP, all using CMOS technology and backed by optical image stabilization and 3.2x optical zoom. Autofocus options include phase-detection, touch, and continuous autofocus during video recording, while a dual-tone LED flash with four LEDs provides lighting support; laser autofocus is not present. Video capture reaches up to 2160p at 30 fps, with slow-motion recording available, though HDR10 and Dolby Vision recording are not supported. Manual controls cover exposure, ISO, focus, and white balance, and shooting modes include HDR, burst, panorama, and timelapse. The 50 MP front camera sits at an f/2.3 aperture in a standard position — not under the display — and does not have a dedicated front flash or a secondary front lens. RAW shooting and 360° panorama capture are not available on this device.

The Ulefone Armor 26 Ultra runs Android 13, an open-source platform that supports multi-user operation, voice commands, offline voice recognition, on-device machine learning, and device tracking. Privacy features include clipboard warnings, location privacy controls, camera and microphone access management, and the ability to block app tracking, though cross-site tracking blocking and Mail Privacy Protection are absent. The interface supports dark mode, dynamic theming, theme customization, widgets, customizable notifications, notification permission controls, and an extra dim mode, while focus modes and Wi-Fi password sharing are not available. Productivity is aided by split-screen multitasking, Picture-in-Picture, full-page screenshots, a media picker, sharing intents, Live Text, and the ability to play games while they download. A child lock is included, but direct OS vendor updates, app offloading, Quick Start, and PC mode are not supported. Battery health check functionality is also absent.

The Ulefone Armor 26 Ultra is equipped with a 15600 mAh rechargeable battery that supports 120W fast charging, and a charger is included in the box. A battery level indicator and an ultra power-saving mode are both present for managing consumption. The battery is not removable, and wireless charging is not supported.

The Ulefone Armor 26 Ultra includes a 3.5 mm audio jack and a built-in FM radio, but does not feature stereo speakers. On the wireless audio side, none of the high-quality Bluetooth codec options are supported, including aptX, aptX HD, aptX Adaptive, aptX Lossless, and LDAC.

The Ulefone Armor 26 Ultra offers broad connectivity with 5G support, Wi-Fi 4, 5, and 6 (802.11n/ac/ax), Bluetooth 5.1, NFC, and a USB Type-C port running USB 3.1, alongside a maximum download speed of 4700 MBits/s. It accommodates two SIM cards and includes an external memory slot for expandable storage. Location coverage spans GPS and Galileo, while onboard sensors include a gyroscope, accelerometer, compass, barometer, and infrared sensor. A fingerprint scanner handles biometric authentication, whereas 3D facial recognition and an iris scanner are not present. The device does not support HDMI output, ANT+, DLNA, satellite SOS, crash detection, motion or optical tracking, and neither a heart rate monitor nor a built-in projector is included.

The Ulefone Armor 26 Ultra includes a video light for recording in low-light conditions. The display is flat rather than curved, and the device uses neither sapphire glass nor an e-paper panel.
