The Ulefone Armor 27T Pro features a rugged build with full waterproofing and an IP68 ingress protection rating, making it resistant to dust and water immersion. It measures 182.8 mm in height, 86.8 mm in width, and 18.5 mm in thickness, with a total volume of 293.54 cm³ and a weight of 441 g. The device does not fold, and its French Repairability Index score of 9.6 indicates a high level of repairability by design standards.

The display on this device is a touch-enabled IPS LCD panel measuring 6.78″ with a resolution of 1080 x 2460 px and a pixel density of 396 ppi, delivering a sharp and detailed image. It supports a 120Hz refresh rate for smoother on-screen motion, and the screen is protected by Gorilla Glass Victus for improved scratch and impact resistance. The display does not support HDR10, HDR10+, or Dolby Vision, and there is no Always-On Display mode or secondary screen.

The device is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset, built on a 6 nm process with an octa-core CPU running at 2 x 2.4 GHz and 6 x 2 GHz using big.LITTLE architecture with HMP support for efficient thread management across 8 threads. It is paired with 12 GB of DDR4 RAM at 2133 MHz and 256 GB of internal storage, with a maximum memory bandwidth of 17.07 GB/s. The integrated Arm Mali-G57 MC2 GPU runs at 950 MHz and supports DirectX 12, while the SoC also includes integrated LTE. Cache configuration consists of 512 KB L1, 1 MB L2, and 2 MB L3, and the chipset supports 64-bit processing and multithreading. Geekbench 6 scores are recorded at 782 for single-core and 2012 for multi-core performance.

The rear camera system consists of a dual-lens setup with 64 MP and 50 MP sensors at f/2 and f/1.8 apertures respectively, using CMOS technology without a back-illuminated sensor. It supports phase-detection autofocus for photos, continuous autofocus during video recording, and touch autofocus, though laser autofocus is not available. Manual controls include exposure, ISO, focus, and white balance, while manual shutter speed is not supported. Video recording reaches up to 1440p at 30 fps with slow-motion capability, but HDR10 and Dolby Vision recording are not supported. The camera also offers HDR mode, burst shooting, panorama, timelapse, and two flash LEDs, though optical zoom is absent and RAW capture is not available. The device runs Android 14 and includes a broad set of privacy controls, covering clipboard warnings, location privacy options, and camera and microphone access management, though Mail Privacy Protection and cross-site tracking blocking are not present. Users can personalize the interface through theme customization and dynamic theming, and the OS supports dark mode, an extra dim mode, widgets, and customizable notifications, while focus modes and app offloading are not available. Productivity features include split-screen multitasking, Picture-in-Picture, full-page screenshots, Live Text, a media picker, sharing intents, and the ability to play games while they download. On-device machine learning is supported alongside offline voice recognition, voice commands, phone tracking, multi-user support, a child lock, and a battery health check. Wi-Fi password sharing and Quick Start are not included, and the device does not receive direct OS updates from the vendor nor can it function as a PC.

The device is equipped with a 10600 mAh rechargeable battery that supports fast wired charging at 33W and wireless charging at 30W, with a charger included in the box. It also features reverse wireless charging, allowing the device to share power with other compatible accessories. A battery level indicator is present for monitoring charge status, though the battery is not removable.

On the sensor front, the device is equipped with a gyroscope, accelerometer, compass, barometer, GPS, Galileo support, and an infrared sensor, though motion tracking, optical tracking, and a heart rate monitor are absent. Emergency SOS via satellite, crash detection, ANT+, DLNA certification, HDMI output, a built-in projector, and a stylus are all not supported.

The device includes a video light for illumination during video recording, while the display is flat rather than curved and uses neither sapphire glass nor an e-paper panel.
