The Ulefone Armor Mini 20T Pro features a rugged build with an IP68 waterproof rating, making it fully protected against dust and prolonged water submersion. It measures 133.5 mm in height, 63.3 mm in width, and 24.9 mm in thickness, with a total volume of approximately 210.42 cm³ and a weight of 301 g. The device does not fold, staying true to its solid, durable form factor. Notably, it carries a French Repairability Index score of 9.5, indicating a high level of serviceability by design standards.

The display on this device is a 4.7″ IPS LCD touchscreen with a resolution of 720 x 1600 px and a pixel density of 373 ppi, delivering reasonably sharp visuals for its screen size. It supports a 90 Hz refresh rate, contributing to smoother scrolling and on-screen motion. The panel does not support HDR10, HDR10+, or Dolby Vision, and there is no Always-On Display mode or secondary screen. It also lacks branded damage-resistant glass.

The device is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset, built on a 6 nm process with an octa-core CPU configuration running at 2 x 2.4 GHz and 6 x 2 GHz, supported by 8 threads, big.LITTLE architecture, and Heterogeneous Multi-Processing. It comes with 8 GB of LPDDR4 RAM at 2133 MHz and 256 GB of internal storage, with a maximum supported memory amount of 12 GB and a peak memory bandwidth of 17.07 GB/s. Graphics are handled by the integrated Arm Mali-G57 MC2 GPU clocked at 950 MHz, with support for DirectX 12. The chip supports 64-bit processing, multithreading, and integrated LTE, and its cache hierarchy consists of 512 KB L1, 1 MB L2, and 2 MB L3 cache. Geekbench 6 results stand at 782 for single-core and 2012 for multi-core performance.

The main camera is a single-lens 50 MP shooter with an f/2.0 aperture, a 1.2 µm pixel size, and a CMOS sensor, though it lacks a back-illuminated sensor and optical image stabilization. It supports phase-detection autofocus, touch autofocus, and continuous autofocus during video recording, but does not include laser autofocus. Manual controls cover exposure, ISO, focus, and white balance, while manual shutter speed and RAW shooting are not available. The camera also offers burst mode, HDR, timelapse, in-camera panorama, and slow-motion video recording, with a maximum video resolution of 1440 x 30 fps; HDR10 and Dolby Vision recording are not supported. Flash is provided by a dual-tone LED setup with two LEDs, though there is no RGB flash. The 32 MP front camera has an f/2.5 aperture and is a single-lens unit positioned above the display, without a front-facing flash.

The device runs on Android 14, a free and open-source platform that supports multi-user accounts, split-screen multitasking, Picture-in-Picture, widgets, and sharing intents. Privacy is well covered through clipboard warnings, location privacy options, camera and microphone access controls, and the ability to block app tracking, though cross-site tracking blocking and Mail Privacy Protection are absent. Customization options include dynamic theming, theme customization, dark mode, and an extra dim mode, while notification controls and customizable notifications give users fine-grained management over alerts. Practical features include full-page screenshots, a media picker, Live Text, battery health check, child lock, phone tracking, on-device machine learning, offline voice recognition, and voice commands. Games can be played while downloading, but the system does not support focus modes, app offloading, Wi-Fi password sharing, Quick Start, or desktop PC mode, and OS updates are not delivered directly from the vendor.

The device houses a 6200 mAh rechargeable battery that is non-removable and comes with a battery level indicator. Wired fast charging is supported at 33W, and a charger is included in the box. On the wireless side, it supports 15W wireless charging as well as 5W reverse wireless charging, allowing it to top up other compatible devices.

On the audio side, the device includes a 3.5 mm headphone jack and a built-in radio, offering a couple of practical listening options. It does not feature stereo speakers, and none of the advanced Bluetooth audio codecs — aptX, aptX HD, aptX Adaptive, aptX Lossless, or LDAC — are supported.

The device supports 5G connectivity with a maximum download speed of 3300 Mbits/s and accommodates two SIM cards. Wi-Fi coverage spans Wi-Fi 4 (802.11n) and Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac), while Bluetooth 5.2 and NFC are also on board. The USB Type-C port operates at USB 2.0, and an external memory slot is available for storage expansion. For navigation and sensing, it includes GPS with Galileo support, a compass, gyroscope, accelerometer, barometer, and infrared sensor. Security is handled by a fingerprint scanner, while 3D facial recognition and an iris scanner are not present. The device does not support ANT+, DLNA, HDMI output, satellite SOS, crash detection, motion or optical tracking, and no stylus or built-in projector is included.

The device includes a video light, which can assist with illumination during video recording. The display is flat rather than curved and uses neither sapphire glass nor an e-paper panel.
