It runs at a 120Hz refresh rate with a 240Hz touch sampling rate, and includes an anti-reflection coating along with Gorilla Glass 3 for surface protection. The display does not support HDR10, HDR10+, or Dolby Vision, and it is not an e-paper panel nor does it use sapphire glass.
The device is powered by a 4nm processor with an 8-thread CPU running at 4 x 2.6 GHz and 4 x 2 GHz using big.LITTLE and HMP architecture, paired with 12GB of RAM at 6400 MHz and 512GB of internal storage that can be further expanded via an external memory slot. Graphics are handled by a Mali G615 MC2 GPU clocked at 1047 MHz with DirectX 12 support, capable of driving one display, while the maximum memory bandwidth reaches 25.6 GB/s and the chip integrates 6,200 million transistors. The SoC is 64-bit capable, includes integrated LTE and integrated graphics, supports a maximum memory configuration of 16GB, and ships with Android 15.
The tablet is equipped with dual 64MP rear cameras using CMOS sensors, backed by a dual-tone LED flash with two LEDs and a video light, while the front camera offers 32MP resolution at an f/2.45 aperture without a front-facing flash. Manual controls cover ISO, focus, exposure, and white balance, and shooting features include touch autofocus, continuous autofocus during video recording, HDR mode, slow-motion video recording, and timelapse, though manual shutter speed, burst mode, and in-camera panorama or 360-degree panorama are not supported. The rear cameras have no optical zoom and no optical image stabilization, the sensors are not back-illuminated, and neither HDR10 recording, Dolby Vision recording, nor 3D photo or video capture is available.

Privacy features cover location options, camera and microphone access controls, clipboard warnings, and app tracking blocking, though cross-site tracking blocking, Mail Privacy Protection, and Wi-Fi password sharing are absent. Focus modes, Quick Start, a built-in projector, and direct OS vendor updates are also not supported.
