Ulefone Note 20 Pro

The Ulefone Note 20 Pro has a conventional, non-folding form factor measuring 167.8 x 77.4 x 9.1 mm with a volume of approximately 118.19 cm³, and weighs 217 g. It does not feature a rugged build, and offers no water resistance, making it a standard consumer design without any dust or liquid protection rating.

The Ulefone Note 20 Pro uses an IPS LCD touchscreen measuring 6.75″ with a resolution of 720 x 1610 px and a pixel density of 261 ppi. The panel supports a 90Hz refresh rate for smoother on-screen motion, though it lacks branded damage-resistant glass, HDR10, HDR10+, Dolby Vision support, and an Always-On Display mode. There is no secondary screen on this device.

The Ulefone Note 20 Pro is driven by the Unisoc T606 chipset, built on a 12 nm process with an 8-thread CPU running at 2 x 1.6 GHz and 6 x 1.6 GHz using big.LITTLE architecture with HMP support, and a TDP of 10W. It is paired with 4GB of DDR4 RAM at 1600 MHz and 256GB of eMMC 5.1 internal storage, with the chipset supporting a maximum memory capacity of 14GB and a peak bandwidth of 12.8 GB/s. Graphics are handled by the Mali G57 MP1 GPU featuring 64 shading units, 1 execution unit, and a clock speed of 650 MHz, with support for DirectX 12, OpenGL ES 3.2, and OpenCL 2.0. The SoC also integrates LTE, TrustZone security, and includes L1, L2, and L3 caches of 128 KB, 2 MB, and 1 MB respectively. Benchmark results place the chipset at 371 and 1391 in Geekbench 6 single and multi-core tests, 313 and 1175 in Geekbench 5, and a PassMark score of 2663 overall with 988 in the single-core test.

The Ulefone Note 20 Pro features a dual rear camera system with a 50 MP primary sensor and a 2 MP secondary lens, both using a CMOS sensor without back-side illumination or optical image stabilization. The main camera supports phase-detection autofocus for stills, continuous autofocus during video, and touch autofocus, while manual controls cover exposure, ISO, focus, and white balance — though manual shutter speed is not available. It can record video at up to 1440 x 30 fps with slow-motion support, and offers shooting modes including HDR, burst, panorama, and timelapse, though it does not shoot in RAW format, support 360° panoramas, HDR10 or Dolby Vision recording, or 3D capture. A single LED flash is present on the rear, with no dual-tone or RGB flash. On the front, there is a single 8 MP camera with an f/2 aperture, without a flash, a secondary lens, or an under-display placement.

The Ulefone Note 20 Pro runs Android 14 and brings a solid set of privacy and usability features, including clipboard warnings, location privacy controls, and camera and microphone access management, though it lacks Mail Privacy Protection, cross-site tracking blocking, and Wi-Fi password sharing. On the customization side, it supports dark mode, dynamic theming, theme customization, widgets, and customizable notifications, while focus modes, app offloading, and Quick Start are not available. Productivity is covered through split-screen multitasking, Picture-in-Picture, full-page scrolling screenshots, a media picker, sharing intents, and the ability to play games while they are still downloading. The device also supports on-device machine learning, offline voice recognition, voice commands, Live Text, phone tracking, multi-user accounts, a child lock, and a battery health check tool, though it cannot function as a PC and does not receive direct OS updates from the vendor.

The Ulefone Note 20 Pro is equipped with a 6000 mAh rechargeable, non-removable battery that supports 18W fast charging, with a charger included in the box. A battery level indicator is built in for at-a-glance monitoring, though wireless charging is not supported.

The Ulefone Note 20 Pro includes a 3.5 mm headphone jack for wired audio, but does not feature stereo speakers, a built-in radio, or any high-resolution Bluetooth audio codecs — aptX, aptX HD, aptX Adaptive, aptX Lossless, and LDAC are all absent.

The Ulefone Note 20 Pro supports dual SIM cards and connects via Wi-Fi 4 (802.11n) and Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac), Bluetooth 5.0, and a USB Type-C port running USB 2.0. Cellular connectivity is present with download speeds of up to 300 Mbit/s and upload speeds of up to 100 Mbit/s, though 5G is not supported. Location is handled through GPS and Galileo, and the device includes an accelerometer and a fingerprint scanner, while a gyroscope, compass, barometer, heart rate monitor, and infrared sensor are all absent. An external memory slot is available for storage expansion, but NFC, HDMI output, DLNA certification, ANT+ support, 3D facial recognition, an iris scanner, a built-in projector, crash detection, satellite SOS, motion tracking, optical tracking, and a stylus are not part of the feature set.

The Ulefone Note 20 Pro includes a video light to assist with recording in low-light conditions, while its display is flat and standard — it features neither a curved panel, sapphire glass, nor an e-paper screen.
