Vivo iQOO Neo10 (China)

The Vivo iQOO Neo10 (China) has a conventional, non-folding form factor with no rugged certification and no water resistance. It measures 162.9 mm tall, 75.4 mm wide, and 8 mm thick, with a total volume of 98.26 cm³. Tipping the scales at 199 g, it sits in a fairly typical weight range for a device of its screen size.

The display is a touchscreen OLED/AMOLED panel measuring 6.78″ with a resolution of 1260 x 2800 px and a pixel density of 453 ppi. It runs at a 144Hz refresh rate and reaches a typical brightness of 1800 nits, with HDR10 and HDR10+ support included, though Dolby Vision is not supported. An Always-On Display mode is available, and there is no secondary screen. The panel does not feature branded damage-resistant glass.

The device is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 system-on-chip, built on a 4 nm process with an 8-thread CPU configuration running at speeds up to 3.3 GHz across its big.LITTLE cluster arrangement, with HMP and TrustZone also present. It is paired with 16GB of DDR5 RAM operating at 4800 MHz and 1024GB of internal storage, with a maximum supported memory amount of 24GB and a peak memory bandwidth of 76.6 GB/s across two memory channels. Graphics are handled by the Adreno 750 GPU clocked at 900 MHz, with 3 execution units, support for DirectX 12, OpenGL 3.2, OpenGL ES 3.2, OpenCL 2, and OpenVG 1.2, driving a single display. The chipset includes integrated LTE and integrated graphics, and the CPU carries a TDP of 12.5W. Cache configuration consists of 1 MB L2 and 12 MB L3, with an eMMC version of 5.1 also noted. Benchmark results stand at 2,135,102 on AnTuTu, with Geekbench 6 scores of 2213 single-core and 7325 multi-core, and the platform supports 64-bit processing and multithreading throughout.

The rear camera system uses a dual-lens setup with a 50MP and an 8MP sensor, at apertures of f/2.2 and f/1.8 respectively, backed by a CMOS sensor and optical image stabilization. Video recording reaches up to 4320 x 30 fps, with slow-motion and timelapse modes also on hand, though HDR10 and Dolby Vision recording are not supported. Autofocus options include phase-detection and touch autofocus with continuous autofocus during video, while laser autofocus is absent. Manual controls cover exposure, ISO, focus, white balance, and shutter speed, and the camera also supports burst mode and in-camera panoramas, but cannot shoot in RAW or capture 360-degree panoramas. The device runs Android 15 and comes with a broad set of software features covering both usability and privacy. On the privacy side, it includes clipboard warnings, location privacy options, camera and microphone access controls, and the ability to block app tracking, though Mail Privacy Protection and cross-site tracking blocking are not present. Customization options include theme customization, dynamic theming, dark mode, and an extra dim mode, while focus modes and Wi-Fi password sharing are not available. Day-to-day usability is covered by notification controls, customizable notifications, a media picker, split-screen support, Picture-in-Picture, full-page screenshots, sharing intents, widgets, child lock, app offloading, and the ability to play games while they download. The OS also supports on-device machine learning, offline voice recognition, voice commands, device tracking, and multi-user accounts. Direct OS updates from the vendor are not supported, and Quick Start is absent.

The device houses a 6100 mAh rechargeable, non-removable battery with a battery level indicator and an ultra power-saving mode for extending usage when charge runs low. Wired fast charging is supported at 120W, and a charger is included in the box, though wireless charging is not available.

Audio output is handled by stereo speakers, and the device supports a strong range of Bluetooth audio codecs including aptX, aptX HD, aptX Adaptive, and aptX Lossless, though LDAC is not available. There is no 3.5 mm headphone jack and no built-in radio.

The device supports 5G and accommodates two SIM cards, with wireless connectivity covering Wi-Fi 4 through Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4. Download speeds reach up to 10,000 Mbits/s and upload up to 3,500 Mbits/s, while NFC is also present. Satellite SOS, crash detection, ANT+, and a built-in projector are likewise not available.

The device includes a video light, while the display is flat rather than curved and uses neither sapphire glass nor an e-paper panel.
