The Vivo iQOO Watch features a touchscreen 1.43″ OLED/AMOLED display with a resolution of 466 × 466 px and a pixel density of 326 ppi, and it supports Always-On Display for persistent glanceability. The case measures 46.1 × 46.1 mm with a thickness of 13.8 mm and a total weight of 36 g, giving it a compact footprint with a volume of approximately 29.33 cm³. It carries a 5 ATM water resistance rating, making it suitable for swimming and water exposure in everyday use. The watch uses a 22 mm replaceable band, offering flexibility for customization, though it does not include branded damage-resistant glass or sapphire glass protection on the display.
The Vivo iQOO Watch includes a solid set of onboard sensors, with a heart rate monitor and pulse oximeter covering core health tracking alongside a gyroscope and accelerometer for motion detection. Built-in GPS enables location tracking without relying on a paired phone, and a compass adds directional awareness for navigation use. The watch does not include a barometer, body temperature sensor, cadence sensor, or perspiration monitor.
The Vivo iQOO Watch covers a broad range of everyday activity tracking, logging steps, distance, pace, and elevation, while also offering automatic activity detection and exercise tagging to reduce the need for manual input. Route tracking is supported, allowing users to map their movement during workouts. On the wellness side, it tracks sleep with detailed reports and also monitors calorie intake. The watch does not support multi-sport mode, swim stroke counting, and is not designed for diving or golf.
The Vivo iQOO Watch supports cellular connectivity via a single eSIM, allowing it to operate independently from a paired phone for calls and data. It runs Bluetooth 5.2 for device pairing and also includes NFC, adding support for contactless interactions. The watch is compatible with both iOS and Android. Wi-Fi, ANT+, and Galileo are not supported.
The Vivo iQOO Watch is equipped with a 505 mAh rechargeable battery rated for up to 16 days of battery life on a single charge. The battery is fixed and non-removable, and the watch does not support wireless or solar charging, meaning it relies solely on a wired connection to recharge.
The Vivo iQOO Watch offers a well-rounded set of everyday features, including call answering and call control directly from the wrist, wrist notifications, vibrating alerts, and a silent alarm. It measures resting heart rate and sends fast/slow heart rate notifications, though it does not include ECG technology or irregular heart rate warnings, and fall detection is absent as well. Additional conveniences include a phone locator, a stopwatch, and a built-in camera remote shutter function. The smart alarm is not supported. The watch comes with a 1-year warranty.
The companion app is available free of charge and covers a broad range of tracking and management tools, including activity reports, calorie burn, inactivity alerts, an exercise diary, goal setting, and achievements. It also tracks water intake and weight, and supports widgets along with app personalisation. Reproductive health features are notably present, with period notifications, fertile window notifications, ovulation prediction, and start date prediction all included. However, the app is not ad-free and does not offer coaching, temperature tracking, calendar sync, music playback, email export, or a barcode scanner.
The Vivo iQOO Watch includes a battery level indicator so users can keep track of remaining charge at a glance. It does not support passcode protection, auto pause, or external memory expansion, and there is no 3.5 mm audio jack. The watch is not compatible with external heart rate monitors, and desktop platform compatibility with Windows and Mac OS X is absent.
