The panel runs at a 120Hz refresh rate and reaches a typical brightness of 1300 nits, with Always-On Display support for at-a-glance information. The screen does not include branded damage-resistant glass and lacks support for HDR10, HDR10+, or Dolby Vision. There is no secondary screen on this device.

The iQOO Z10 is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 chipset, built on a 4 nm process with an 8-thread CPU configuration using big.LITTLE and HMP technology, running at speeds of 1 x 2.5 GHz, 3 x 2.4 GHz, and 4 x 1.8 GHz, with a turbo clock of 2.4 GHz and a TDP of 5W. It is paired with 8 GB of LPDDR5 RAM at 3200 MHz, up to 16 GB maximum memory support, a maximum memory bandwidth of 25.6 GB/s, and 256 GB of internal storage. The chipset also features integrated LTE, TrustZone security, 64-bit support, and multithreading.
