It holds an IP54 rating, meaning it offers a degree of protection against dust and water splashes, though it does not feature a rugged build.

The Vivo T3 5G features a 6.67″ OLED/AMOLED touchscreen with a 1080 x 2400 px resolution and a pixel density of 395 ppi, delivering a sharp and vibrant visual experience. The panel runs at a 120Hz refresh rate for smooth motion, though it does not support HDR10, HDR10+, or Dolby Vision, and there is no Always-On Display mode or secondary screen. The display also lacks branded damage-resistant glass protection.

The Vivo T3 5G is driven by the Mediatek Dimensity 7200, a 4 nm chipset configured with a 2 x 2.8 GHz and 6 x 2 GHz CPU layout that utilizes big.LITTLE technology and multithreading, scoring 1187 single-core and 2643 multi-core on Geekbench 6, and 715922 on AnTuTu. Graphics are handled by an integrated Mali G610 MP4 GPU clocked at 850 MHz, while the SoC also includes integrated LTE, TrustZone security, and 64-bit support. The device ships with 8 GB of DDR5 RAM and 256 GB of internal storage, with the architecture supporting a maximum memory capacity of 16 GB.

The Vivo T3 5G carries a dual-lens rear camera system combining a 50 MP main sensor (f/1.8) with a 2 MP secondary lens (f/2.4), both using a CMOS sensor without back-illumination. The main camera supports optical image stabilization, phase-detection autofocus, touch autofocus, continuous autofocus during video, and slow-motion recording, along with manual controls for exposure, ISO, focus, and white balance, plus burst mode, HDR, timelapse, and in-camera panorama — though optical zoom, manual shutter speed, laser autofocus, RAW capture, 360° panorama, HDR10 recording, and Dolby Vision recording are not available. On the privacy side, it includes location privacy options, camera and microphone access controls, clipboard warnings, and the ability to block app tracking, though Mail Privacy Protection and cross-site tracking blocking are not available. Direct OS updates from the vendor are not provided, and games can be played while they are still downloading.

The Vivo T3 5G is equipped with a 5000 mAh rechargeable, non-removable battery that supports 44W wired fast charging, with a charger included in the box. A battery level indicator is available, but wireless charging is not supported.

The Vivo T3 5G features stereo speakers but omits a 3.5 mm headphone jack and has no built-in radio. On the wireless audio side, none of the high-quality Bluetooth codec options — aptX, aptX HD, aptX Adaptive, aptX Lossless, or LDAC — are supported.

The Vivo T3 5G supports 5G connectivity alongside Wi-Fi 4 (802.11n) and Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac), Bluetooth 5.3, and GPS with Galileo satellite support, while accommodating two SIM cards and offering a maximum download speed of 4700 Mbit/s. The Vivo T3 5G includes a video light for recording in low-light conditions, while its display is flat rather than curved and uses neither sapphire glass nor an e-paper panel.
