It carries an IP64 rating, meaning it offers protection against dust and water splashing from any direction, though it does not feature a rugged build and cannot be folded.

The Vivo T3 Pro 5G features a 6.77″ OLED/AMOLED touchscreen with a resolution of 1080 x 2392 px and a pixel density of 387 ppi, delivering a sharp and vibrant visual output. The panel supports a 120Hz refresh rate and includes an Always-On Display mode, while it does not support HDR10, HDR10+, or Dolby Vision, and there is no secondary screen or branded damage-resistant glass.

The Vivo T3 Pro 5G is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset, built on a 4 nm process with a CPU configuration of 1 x 2.63 GHz, 3 x 2.4 GHz, and 4 x 1.8 GHz cores, utilizing big.LITTLE technology and multithreading support for efficient workload distribution. It is paired with 8GB of LPDDR5 RAM running at 3200 MHz, a maximum supported memory capacity of 16GB, and 256GB of internal storage, while the Adreno 720 GPU clocks at 950 MHz and supports DirectX 12 and OpenGL ES 3.2. The chipset also includes integrated LTE, integrated graphics, ARM TrustZone security, a thermal design power of 6W, a maximum memory bandwidth of 25.6 GB/s, and an AnTuTu benchmark score of 812,119, with full 64-bit support rounding out the processing capabilities.

The Vivo T3 Pro 5G features a dual-lens rear camera system with 50MP and 8MP sensors at apertures of f/2.2 and f/1.8 respectively, backed by a CMOS sensor, optical image stabilization, phase-detection autofocus, touch autofocus, and continuous autofocus during video recording, though laser autofocus is not present. Video capture reaches up to 4K at 60fps, with additional support for slow-motion recording, while HDR10 recording and Dolby Vision recording are not available. Manual controls cover exposure, ISO, focus, and white balance, and shooting modes include burst, HDR, timelapse, and in-camera panorama, though raw capture, 360° panorama, manual shutter speed, and 3D recording are absent. On the usability side, the OS supports split-screen multitasking, Picture-in-Picture, full-page screenshots, Live Text, a media picker, sharing intents, child lock, multi-user support, and the ability to play games while they download. On-device machine learning is present alongside offline voice recognition and voice commands, and the device supports phone tracking, battery health check, and a free and open-source foundation, though direct OS vendor updates and PC mode functionality are not supported.

The Vivo T3 Pro 5G is equipped with a 5500 mAh rechargeable battery that supports 80W wired fast charging, and a charger is included in the box. A battery level indicator is present for monitoring charge status, though wireless charging and a removable battery are not supported.

The Vivo T3 Pro 5G includes stereo speakers but omits a 3.5 mm headphone jack and does not feature a built-in radio. On the wireless audio side, none of the advanced Bluetooth codec options are supported, including aptX, aptX HD, aptX Adaptive, aptX Lossless, or LDAC.

The Vivo T3 Pro 5G supports 5G connectivity alongside dual SIM capability, Wi-Fi 4 and Wi-Fi 5, and Bluetooth 5.4, with download speeds reaching up to 5000 Mbits/s and upload speeds of 160 Mbits/s. It features a USB Type-C port running USB 2.0, a fingerprint scanner, GPS with Galileo support, a gyroscope, accelerometer, and compass, while NFC, an external memory slot, HDMI output, infrared sensor, barometer, and ANT+ are not available. Biometric options are limited to the fingerprint scanner, as 3D facial recognition and an iris scanner are absent, and there is no heart rate monitor, crash detection, satellite SOS, DLNA certification, motion or optical tracking, stylus, or built-in projector.

The Vivo T3 Pro 5G features a curved display and includes a video light, while it does not have a sapphire glass display or an e-paper display.
