Its volume comes in at 100.7456 cm³, keeping it relatively compact for its size class. On the durability side, the device carries an IP64 rating, meaning it offers protection against dust ingress and resistance to water splashes from any direction.

The Vivo T3x 5G features a 6.72-inch IPS LCD touchscreen with a 1080 x 2408 px resolution and a pixel density of 393 ppi, delivering a fairly sharp image across its large panel. The display runs at a 120Hz refresh rate, which contributes to smoother scrolling and more fluid on-screen motion. It does not include branded damage-resistant glass, and there is no support for HDR10, HDR10+, or Dolby Vision, nor does it offer an Always-On Display mode or a secondary screen.

The Vivo T3x 5G is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1, a 4nm chipset with an octa-core CPU configuration of 4 x 2.2 GHz and 4 x 1.8 GHz cores across 8 threads, utilizing big.LITTLE and HMP technologies for workload distribution, and a TDP of 7W. Graphics are handled by the integrated Adreno 710 GPU clocked at 800 MHz, supporting DirectX 12, OpenGL ES 3.2, and OpenCL 2, with 128 shading units. The chip includes integrated LTE, ARM TrustZone security, and a 64-bit architecture. The device ships with 8GB of DDR5 RAM running at 2750 MHz across two memory channels, offering a maximum memory bandwidth of 22 GB/s and support for up to 12GB, paired with 128GB of eMMC 5.1 internal storage. Cache is arranged across 256 KB L1, 2 MB L2, and 2 MB L3 layers, and Geekbench 6 results stand at 943 for single-core and 2748 for multi-core workloads.

The Vivo T3x 5G features a dual-lens rear camera system built around a CMOS sensor, capable of recording video at 2160p at 30fps, with continuous autofocus during recording and phase-detection autofocus for stills. Manual controls cover exposure, ISO, focus, and white balance, while additional shooting modes include HDR, burst mode, slow-motion video, and in-camera panoramas. The rear camera is backed by a single LED flash, though there is no dual-tone flash, RGB flash, laser autofocus, optical image stabilization, or BSI sensor, and it does not shoot in RAW format, support 360-degree panoramas, HDR10 recording, Dolby Vision recording, or 3D capture. On the front, an 8MP single-lens camera with an f/2.1 aperture handles selfies, but it lacks a front-facing flash and is not positioned under the display.

The Vivo T3x 5G runs Android 14 and brings a solid set of privacy controls, including clipboard warnings, location privacy options, camera and microphone access management, and the ability to block app tracking, though cross-site tracking blocking and Mail Privacy Protection are not available. On the personalization side, it supports theme customization, dynamic theming, dark mode, an extra dim mode, customizable notifications, widgets, and a media picker. Productivity features include split-screen multitasking, Picture-in-Picture, full-page screenshots, sharing intents, Live Text, and the ability to play games while they download, while focus modes, app offloading, Wi-Fi password sharing, and Quick Start are absent. The OS also supports on-device machine learning, offline voice recognition, voice commands, phone tracking, multi-user functionality, a child lock, and battery health check, though OS updates do not come directly from the vendor and the device cannot function as a PC.

The Vivo T3x 5G is equipped with a 6000 mAh rechargeable, non-removable battery that supports 44W fast charging, with a charger included in the box. A battery level indicator is present, making it easy to keep track of remaining charge. Wireless charging is not supported.

The Vivo T3x 5G includes a 3.5mm headphone jack and stereo speakers for audio output. However, it does not support any high-quality Bluetooth audio codecs, including aptX, aptX HD, aptX Adaptive, aptX Lossless, or LDAC, and there is no built-in radio.

The Vivo T3x 5G supports 5G connectivity along with Wi-Fi 4 (802.11n) and Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac), Bluetooth 5.1, and GPS with Galileo support, while cellular, compass, gyroscope, and accelerometer are all present. It accommodates two SIM cards and includes an external memory slot for storage expansion. Wired connectivity is handled via a USB Type-C port running on USB 2.0, and the device achieves download speeds of up to 2900 Mbit/s and upload speeds of up to 900 Mbit/s. A fingerprint scanner is included for biometric authentication, though NFC, 3D facial recognition, and an iris scanner are all absent.
