Vivo X100s Pro

Its most notable design attribute is its IP69 ingress protection rating, which classifies it as fully waterproof and capable of withstanding high-pressure water exposure. The device does not feature a rugged build in the traditional sense, relying instead on its sealed construction for environmental resistance.

The Vivo X100s Pro features a 6.78″ OLED/AMOLED touchscreen with a resolution of 1260 x 2800 px and a pixel density of 453 ppi, producing a sharp and detailed image across its large panel. It supports a 120Hz refresh rate and delivers an impressive 8,000,000:1 contrast ratio, with both HDR10 and HDR10+ compatibility ensuring wide dynamic range rendering for supported content. Dolby Vision is not supported, and the display does not include an Always-On mode or a secondary screen, while branded damage-resistant glass is also absent from its construction.

The Vivo X100s Pro is powered by the Mediatek Dimensity 9300 Plus system-on-chip, built on a 4 nm process with 22,700 million transistors and featuring an eight-thread CPU configuration clocked at 1 x 3.4 GHz, 3 x 2.85 GHz, and 4 x 2 GHz using big.LITTLE architecture with Heterogeneous Multi-Processing. Graphics are handled by the integrated Arm Immortalis-G720 MC12 GPU running at 1,300 MHz, which supports DirectX 12, OpenGL ES 3.2, and OpenCL 2, posting 3DMark Wild Life, Wild Life Extreme, and Steel Nomad scores of 15,860, 4,455, and 1,907 respectively. The chipset includes integrated LTE and pairs with 16 GB of DDR5 RAM at 4,800 MHz across two memory channels, delivering up to 76.8 GB/s of memory bandwidth, with the device supporting a maximum of 24 GB of memory, an 8 MB L2 cache, and an 18 MB L3 cache. Storage sits at 1,024 GB internally, the platform supports 64-bit operation, and hardware-level multithreading is not enabled. Geekbench 6 results stand at 2,302 single-core and 7,547 multi-core.

The Vivo X100s Pro features a triple rear camera system, each lens resolving at 50 MP with apertures of f/1.8, f/2.5, and f/2 respectively, alongside a CMOS sensor, optical image stabilization, and 4.3x optical zoom. Autofocus options include phase-detection, laser, and touch autofocus, with continuous autofocus available during video recording, while a single LED flash handles low-light shooting — dual-tone and RGB flash configurations are absent. Video capture reaches up to 2160p at 60 fps, with slow-motion and timelapse modes also supported, though HDR10 and Dolby Vision recording are not available. Manual controls cover exposure, ISO, focus, shutter speed, and white balance, and the camera can shoot in RAW format, use burst mode, and produce in-camera panoramas, while 360° panorama and 3D photo or video recording are not included. The 32 MP front camera sits at f/2 in a standard single-lens setup without an under-display placement or a front-facing flash.

The Vivo X100s Pro runs Android 14 and includes a broad set of privacy controls, among them clipboard warnings, location privacy options, camera and microphone access management, and the ability to block app tracking, though cross-site tracking blocking and Mail Privacy Protection are not present. On the usability side, it supports dark mode, dynamic and manual theme customization, an extra dim mode, customizable notifications, a media picker, full-page screenshots, split-screen multitasking, Picture-in-Picture, sharing intents, widgets, a child lock, and multi-user operation, while focus modes, app offloading, Wi-Fi password sharing, and Quick Start are not available. The device is capable of playing games while they download, supports on-device machine learning, offers both online and offline voice recognition with voice commands, and can track the device's current position. OS updates are not delivered directly from the vendor, and the platform is noted as free and open source.

The Vivo X100s Pro houses a rechargeable 5,400 mAh battery that is not removable, and includes a battery level indicator for monitoring charge status. Wired fast charging is supported at 100W, while wireless charging operates at up to 50W, offering a cable-free option for topping up the device. Reverse wireless charging is not available, meaning the phone cannot be used to wirelessly charge other devices.

The Vivo X100s Pro comes with stereo speakers but omits a 3.5 mm headphone jack, so wired headphones require an adapter or a USB-C solution. For wireless audio, the device supports both aptX and aptX HD, enabling higher-quality Bluetooth audio transmission, while aptX Adaptive, aptX Lossless, and LDAC are not available. There is no built-in radio tuner on this model.

The Vivo X100s Pro supports 5G connectivity via its cellular module and accommodates two SIM cards, with download and upload speeds reaching 10,000 Mbits/s and 7,000 Mbits/s respectively. Wi-Fi 4, Wi-Fi 5, and Wi-Fi 7 are all supported, alongside Bluetooth 5.4 and NFC, while DLNA certification and ANT+ support are absent. The device uses a USB Type-C port running at USB 3.2, though there is no HDMI output or external memory slot. Sensors on board include a gyroscope, accelerometer, compass, GPS with Galileo support, an infrared sensor, and a fingerprint scanner, whereas a barometer, heart rate monitor, iris scanner, and 3D facial recognition are not included. Crash detection, satellite SOS, motion tracking, optical tracking, and a built-in projector are also not part of this device's feature set, and no stylus is included.

The Vivo X100s Pro features a curved display and includes a video light for use during video recording. The screen is not made of sapphire glass, and the device does not incorporate an e-paper display.
