The device does not feature a rugged build, but its operating temperature range spans from -20 °C to 45 °C, allowing it to function across a broad range of environmental conditions.

The Vivo X200 Pro Mini features a 6.31″ OLED/AMOLED touchscreen with a resolution of 1216 x 2640 px and a pixel density of 460 ppi, paired with a 120 Hz refresh rate for smooth on-screen motion. The display supports HDR10, HDR10+, and Dolby Vision, and achieves a contrast ratio of 8,000,000:1, contributing to deep blacks and a wide luminance range. An always-on display mode is available, while the screen does not use branded damage-resistant glass and there is no secondary screen. The device does not include a secondary screen.

The Vivo X200 Pro Mini is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400, a 3 nm chipset with an 8-thread CPU configuration running at speeds of 1 x 3.63, 4 x 3.3, and 3 x 2.4 GHz, supported by big.LITTLE technology and Heterogeneous Multi-Processing for efficient workload distribution. The Vivo X200 Pro Mini features a triple rear camera system with three 50 MP sensors and apertures of f/2.6, f/2.0, and f/1.6, backed by optical image stabilization, a BSI CMOS sensor, and a dual-tone LED flash with two LEDs. Autofocus options include phase-detection, laser, and touch autofocus, with continuous autofocus available during video recording, while manual controls cover exposure, ISO, focus, white balance, and shutter speed. The main camera supports 4K video recording at 60 fps, slow-motion capture, HDR10 and Dolby Vision recording, RAW shooting, burst mode, in-camera panoramas, and timelapse, though 360-degree panorama, 3D recording, and an RGB flash are not available. Users can block app tracking, and the system supports on-device machine learning alongside offline voice recognition and voice commands. Customization options include theme customization, dynamic theming, dark mode, an extra dim mode, widgets, and customizable notifications, while focus modes and Wi-Fi password sharing are absent. The OS supports split-screen multitasking, Picture-in-Picture, full-page screenshots, a media picker, sharing intents, app offloading, and the ability to play games while they download. Additional features include a child lock, multi-user support, battery health check, phone tracking, and Live Text, though direct OS updates from the vendor and Quick Start are not supported.

The Vivo X200 Pro Mini is equipped with a 5700 mAh rechargeable, non-removable battery that supports fast wired charging at 90W as well as wireless charging at 30W. Reverse wireless charging is not available, but a battery level indicator is present to keep track of remaining charge.

The Vivo X200 Pro Mini includes stereo speakers and supports aptX and aptX HD for higher-quality Bluetooth audio transmission, though aptX Adaptive, aptX Lossless, and LDAC are not available. The device does not have a 3.5 mm headphone jack, and there is no built-in radio.
