Vivo X200T

The Vivo X200T has a non-folding, non-rugged form factor measuring 160 mm tall, 74.3 mm wide, and 8 mm thick, with a total volume of 95.104 cm³ and a weight of 203 g. It carries an IP68 rating, confirming full waterproof protection at depths of up to 1.5 m.

The Vivo X200T uses an OLED/AMOLED touchscreen measuring 6.67″ with a resolution of 1260 x 2800 px and a pixel density of 460 ppi, backed by a 120Hz refresh rate for smooth on-screen motion. The display supports both HDR10 and HDR10+, features Always-On Display functionality, and is protected by branded damage-resistant glass. Dolby Vision is not supported, and there is no secondary screen.

The Vivo X200T is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400 Plus SoC, built on a 3 nm process with an 8-thread CPU configuration running at speeds of 1 x 3.73, 4 x 3.3, and 3 x 2.4 GHz using big.LITTLE and HMP technology. Graphics are handled by the integrated Immortalis G925 GPU clocked at 1300 MHz, and the chip also includes integrated LTE. The device comes with 12GB of DDR5 RAM running at 10667 MHz, supports up to 24GB of memory, and offers 512GB of internal storage, with a maximum memory bandwidth of 85.3 GB/s and a 12 MB L3 cache. It supports 64-bit processing and multithreading, while ECC memory is not available. Geekbench 6 scores sit at 8969 in multi-core and 2874 in single-core testing.

The Vivo X200T features a triple rear camera system with three 50 MP sensors at apertures of f/1.6, f/2, and f/2.6, covering a focal range from 15 mm to 70 mm with 3x optical zoom. All three sensors use CMOS and BSI technology, and autofocus options include phase-detection, laser, and touch AF, as well as continuous autofocus during video recording, though optical image stabilization is absent. Video capture reaches up to 2160p at 60 fps with slow-motion support, while HDR mode, burst shooting, timelapse, panorama, and RAW capture are all available; manual controls extend to exposure, ISO, focus, and white balance, but manual shutter speed is not offered. The rear flash uses a dual-tone, two-LED setup, while HDR10 recording, Dolby Vision recording, and 3D or 360-degree capture are not supported. On the front, a 32 MP single-lens camera sits at f/2 with no dedicated flash and is not positioned under the display.

The Vivo X200T runs Android 16 and includes a broad set of privacy controls covering clipboard warnings, location access, and camera/microphone permissions, along with the ability to block app tracking; cross-site tracking blocking and Mail Privacy Protection are not available. The interface supports dark mode, dynamic and manual theme customization, widgets, split-screen multitasking, Picture-in-Picture, full-page screenshots, a media picker, sharing intents, child lock, and multi-user functionality. On-device machine learning, offline voice recognition, voice commands, Live Text, app offloading, and phone tracking are all present, and users can play games while they download. The OS also provides battery health monitoring and an extra dim mode, though focus modes, Wi-Fi password sharing, Quick Start, and the ability to function as a PC are not included. Direct OS updates from the vendor are not provided, and while the platform is noted as free and open source, notifications remain fully customizable.

The Vivo X200T houses a 6200 mAh rechargeable, non-removable battery with a battery level indicator included. It supports fast wired charging at 90W, and a charger is included in the box. Wireless charging and reverse wireless charging are not available, though a wireless charging speed of 40W is listed as a specification reference.

The Vivo X200T features stereo speakers but no 3.5 mm headphone jack and no built-in radio. For wireless audio, it supports aptX and aptX HD, while LDAC, aptX Adaptive, and aptX Lossless are not available.

The Vivo X200T supports 5G cellular connectivity and accommodates two physical SIM cards alongside two eSIM slots, with a maximum download speed of 7300 MBits/s. Wireless networking covers Wi-Fi 4, 5, 6, and 7, and Bluetooth 5.4 is on board along with NFC; there is no external memory slot, HDMI output, or DLNA certification. The USB Type-C port runs on USB 2.0, and no stylus is included. Sensors include a fingerprint scanner, GPS with Galileo support, gyroscope, accelerometer, and compass, while a barometer, infrared sensor, heart rate monitor, ANT+, 3D facial recognition, iris scanner, and built-in projector are all absent. Crash detection and emergency SOS via satellite are not supported, nor are motion or optical tracking.

The Vivo X200T includes a video light for recording in low-light conditions. The display is flat rather than curved, and neither sapphire glass nor an e-paper display is featured.
