The Vivo Y03t uses an IPS LCD touchscreen measuring 6.56″ with a resolution of 720 x 1612 pixels and a pixel density of 269 ppi. The panel runs at a 90Hz refresh rate, allowing for noticeably smoother scrolling and navigation compared to standard 60Hz screens. It does not feature an Always-On Display, and there is no secondary screen present. On the content side, the display lacks support for HDR10, HDR10+, and Dolby Vision, and it does not use branded damage-resistant glass.

On the privacy front, it offers location privacy options, camera and microphone access controls, clipboard warnings, and the ability to block app tracking, though cross-site tracking blocking and Mail Privacy Protection are not included. The interface supports dark mode, dynamic theming, theme customization, widgets, and an extra dim mode for display comfort, while focus modes and app offloading are not available. Productivity is aided by split-screen multitasking, Picture-in-Picture, full-page screenshots, a media picker, sharing intents, customizable notifications, and the ability to play games while they download. On-device machine learning is present, as are offline voice recognition and voice commands, device tracking, multi-user support, a child lock, battery health check, and Live Text for selecting text from images. Wi-Fi password sharing and Quick Start are not supported, and the device does not receive direct OS updates from the vendor nor can it function as a PC.

The Vivo Y03t is equipped with a 5000 mAh rechargeable battery that supports 15W wired fast charging, and a charger is included in the box. A battery level indicator is present, making it straightforward to keep track of remaining charge. The battery is not removable, and wireless charging is not supported.

The Vivo Y03t includes a 3.5 mm headphone jack, making it compatible with wired headphones and audio accessories without an adapter.
