It does not carry a rugged certification, so while the water resistance adds useful protection, it is not designed for harsh or extreme environments.

The Vivo Y04 64GB features a 6.74-inch IPS LCD touchscreen with a resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels and a pixel density of 260 ppi, delivering a reasonably sized viewing area for everyday use. The panel supports a 90Hz refresh rate, which contributes to smoother scrolling and more fluid on-screen motion. However, the display does not include branded damage-resistant glass, and it lacks support for HDR10, HDR10+, or Dolby Vision, so color and contrast capabilities remain within standard LCD range. There is no Always-On Display mode and no secondary screen.
