The Vivo Y100 4G features a 6.67″ OLED/AMOLED touchscreen with a resolution of 1080 x 2400 px and a pixel density of 395 ppi, paired with a 120Hz refresh rate for smooth on-screen motion. The display supports Always-On functionality, allowing basic information to remain visible without fully waking the screen, though it does not include branded damage-resistant glass, HDR10, HDR10+, or Dolby Vision support. There is no secondary screen on this device.

The Vivo Y100 4G has a dual-lens rear camera system combining a 50 MP sensor at f/1.8 and a 2 MP sensor at f/2.4, both using a CMOS design without a back-illuminated sensor. Focusing is handled via phase-detection autofocus for stills and continuous autofocus during video, with touch autofocus also supported, while laser autofocus is absent. The Vivo Y100 4G houses a 5000 mAh rechargeable, non-removable battery with a built-in level indicator, and comes with a charger included in the box. It supports 80W wired fast charging, though wireless charging is not available on this device.
