The Vivo Y19s 5G features a 6.74″ IPS LCD touchscreen with a resolution of 720 x 1600 px and a pixel density of 260 ppi, paired with a 90Hz refresh rate for smoother on-screen motion. The display does not support HDR10, HDR10+, or Dolby Vision, and there is no Always-On Display mode or secondary screen. It also lacks branded damage-resistant glass.

The Vivo Y19s 5G is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset, built on a 6 nm process with an octa-core CPU running at 2 x 2.4 GHz and 6 x 2 GHz using big.LITTLE and HMP technology across 8 threads. It comes with 4GB of DDR4 RAM at 2133 MHz and 64GB of internal storage, with external memory support up to 1024GB.
