The Vivo Y300 Pro Plus features a 6.77″ OLED/AMOLED touchscreen with a resolution of 1080 x 2392 px and a pixel density of 388 ppi, delivering a sharp and vivid visual experience. It supports a 120Hz refresh rate and includes an Always-On Display, though it does not support HDR10, HDR10+, or Dolby Vision, and lacks branded damage-resistant glass. There is no secondary screen on this device.

The Vivo Y300 Pro Plus is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 3, a 4 nm chipset with an 8-thread CPU configuration running at up to 2.5 GHz, supported by big.LITTLE architecture and Heterogeneous Multi-Processing (HMP) for efficient workload distribution. It comes with 12 GB of DDR5 RAM at 3200 MHz and 512 GB of internal storage, with a maximum supported memory amount of 16 GB and a peak memory bandwidth of 25.6 GB/s. Graphics are handled by the integrated Adreno 710 GPU clocked at 1050 MHz, supporting DirectX 12, OpenGL 3.2, OpenGL ES 3.2, and OpenCL 2, with 128 shading units. The chipset includes integrated LTE, TrustZone security, and operates at a thermal design power of 5W, while Geekbench 6 results stand at 1162 single-core and 3239 multi-core.

The Vivo Y300 Pro Plus features a dual-lens rear camera system combining a 50 MP sensor (f/2.4) with a 2 MP sensor (f/1.8), backed by a CMOS sensor, optical image stabilization, phase-detection autofocus, and touch autofocus. The OS also includes on-device machine learning, offline voice recognition, voice commands, Live Text, phone tracking, a child lock, multi-user support, and a battery health check, though Quick Start and direct OS vendor updates are not supported.
