The Xiaomi 14T Pro features a 6.67″ OLED/AMOLED touchscreen with a resolution of 1220 x 2712 px and a pixel density of 446 ppi, delivering a sharp and detailed image across its single panel — there is no secondary screen. The display runs at a 144Hz refresh rate with a 480Hz touch sampling rate, and its typical brightness reaches 1600 nits alongside a contrast ratio of 5,000,000:1, which is characteristic of OLED technology. It supports HDR10, HDR10+, and Dolby Vision for wide-format content, and an Always-On Display mode is available for at-a-glance information. The screen is protected by Gorilla Glass 5, adding a layer of scratch and impact resistance to the front surface.

The Xiaomi 14T Pro is driven by the Mediatek Dimensity 9300 Plus system-on-chip, built on a 4 nm process with 22,700 million transistors and an 8-thread CPU configuration running at 1 x 3.4, 3 x 2.85, and 4 x 2 GHz using big.LITTLE architecture with HMP support — though hardware multithreading is not enabled. The SoC integrates LTE, an Immortalis-G720 GPU clocked at 1300 MHz with DirectX 12, OpenGL ES 3.2, and OpenCL 2 support, and handles graphics entirely through its integrated graphics unit. Video recording reaches up to 4320 x 30 fps (8K) with Dolby Vision support, slow-motion capture, and continuous autofocus, while HDR10 recording is not available; 3D and 360-degree panorama recording are also unsupported, though standard in-camera panoramas are included. On the customisation side, the OS offers dark mode, dynamic theming, theme customisation, customisable notifications, and an extra dim mode, while focus modes and app offloading are not supported. Direct OS updates from the vendor are not provided, and the Quick Start feature is also absent.

The Xiaomi 14T Pro houses a 5000 mAh rechargeable, non-removable battery with a rated battery life of 15.4 hours, and a charger is included in the box. It supports 120W wired fast charging as well as 50W wireless charging, though reverse wireless charging is not available. An ultra power-saving mode and a battery level indicator are both present, giving users additional control over how and when they manage their remaining charge.

The Xiaomi 14T Pro includes stereo speakers and supports both aptX and LDAC Bluetooth audio codecs for higher-quality wireless audio transmission, though aptX HD, aptX Adaptive, and aptX Lossless are not available. There is no 3.5 mm headphone jack, so wired audio relies on the USB-C port, and no built-in radio is present.

The Xiaomi 14T Pro supports 5G cellular connectivity with dual SIM capability, and its Wi-Fi implementation covers Wi-Fi 4, 5, 6, 6E, and 7, with maximum download and upload speeds of 10,000 Mbits/s and 7,000 Mbits/s respectively.
