The Xiaomi Civi 4 Pro features a 6.55″ OLED/AMOLED touchscreen with a resolution of 1236 x 2750 px and a pixel density of 460 ppi, delivering sharp and vivid visuals across its flat panel. The display runs at a 120Hz refresh rate and is protected by Gorilla Glass Victus 2, offering a degree of resilience against everyday scratches and impacts. It supports HDR10, HDR10+, and Dolby Vision for broad high dynamic range compatibility, and includes an Always-On Display mode for at-a-glance information. There is no secondary screen on this device.

It comes with 16 GB of DDR5 RAM running at 4800 MHz and 512 GB of internal storage, with a maximum supported memory amount of 24 GB and a peak memory bandwidth of 64 GB/s. Graphics are handled by the Adreno 735 GPU clocked at 1100 MHz with 3 execution units, supporting DirectX 12, OpenGL 3.3, OpenGL ES 3.2, and OpenCL 2, with the chip capable of driving one display. The device also supports multi-user accounts, a child lock, phone tracking, and battery health monitoring, though Wi-Fi password sharing, Quick Start, and direct OS vendor updates are not supported.
