Xiaomi Poco F6

The Poco F6 uses a 6.67″ OLED/AMOLED touchscreen with a resolution of 1220 x 2712 px at 446 ppi, backed by a 2400 nits typical brightness and a contrast ratio of 5,000,000:1. The display runs at a 120Hz refresh rate with a 480Hz touch sampling rate, and it supports HDR10, HDR10+, and Dolby Vision for wide content compatibility. It is protected by Gorilla Glass Victus and includes an Always-On Display mode, while there is no secondary screen.

The Poco F6 is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 system-on-chip, built on a 4 nm process with a multi-core CPU configuration of 1 x 3 GHz, 4 x 2.8 GHz, and 3 x 2 GHz cores using big.LITTLE technology, and a 12.5W TDP. It comes with 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM running at 4800 MHz and 512GB of internal storage, with a maximum supported memory amount of 24GB and a peak memory bandwidth of 64 GB/s. Graphics are handled by the Adreno 735 GPU clocked at 1100 MHz with 3 execution units, supporting DirectX 12, OpenGL 3.3, OpenGL ES 3.2, OpenCL 2, and OpenVG 1.2 across a single display output. The chipset also integrates LTE, supports 64-bit processing and multithreading, and includes ARM TrustZone for hardware-level security. Additional practical features include a media picker, full-page screenshots, live text selection from images, a battery health check, a child lock, offline voice recognition, voice commands, and device tracking, though focus modes, Wi-Fi password sharing, app offloading, Quick Start, and PC mode are not supported. On-device machine learning is present, and OS updates are not delivered directly from the OS vendor.

The Poco F6 is equipped with a 5000 mAh rechargeable, non-removable battery that supports 90W wired fast charging, and a charger is included in the box. Wireless charging is not available. The device features a battery level indicator and an ultra power-saving mode for extending usage when charge is critically low.

The Poco F6 includes stereo speakers and a quad-microphone setup, but does not have a 3.5 mm headphone jack or a built-in radio. Bluetooth audio codec support covers aptX, aptX HD, aptX Adaptive, and LDAC, enabling high-quality wireless audio transmission, though aptX Lossless is not supported.

On-board sensors cover GPS with Galileo support, a gyroscope, accelerometer, compass, heart rate monitor, and infrared sensor, though a barometer, ANT+ support, and motion or optical tracking are absent. Emergency SOS via satellite, crash detection, a built-in projector, and a stylus are also not part of the feature set.

The Poco F6 includes a video light for use during video recording, while the display is flat rather than curved and uses neither sapphire glass nor an e-paper panel.
