The Redmi Note 14 Pro features a 6.67″ OLED/AMOLED touchscreen with a resolution of 1220 x 2712 px at 446 ppi, backed by a 3000-nit typical brightness and a 120Hz refresh rate paired with a 240Hz touch sampling rate for responsive input. The display is protected by Gorilla Glass Victus 2 and supports both HDR10 and HDR10+, though Dolby Vision is not supported. An Always-On Display mode is available, and there is no secondary screen. Dolby Vision recording is absent, but the panel's HDR10+ compatibility still enables wide dynamic range content playback.

The Redmi Note 14 Pro is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300, a 4nm chipset built on an octa-core big.LITTLE architecture running at 4 x 2.5 GHz and 4 x 2 GHz across 8 threads, with Heterogeneous Multi-Processing (HMP) support and integrated LTE. Graphics are handled by a Mali G615 MC2 GPU clocked at 1047 MHz with DirectX 12 support, driving a single display output. The device ships with 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM running at 6400 MHz and 512GB of internal storage, with a maximum supported memory capacity of 16GB, while the SoC's 6200 million transistors underpin its 64-bit processing capability. In benchmarks, it achieves an AnTuTu score of 728,840, a Geekbench 6 multi-core result of 2932, and a single-core score of 1026.

The Redmi Note 14 Pro features a triple rear camera system with sensors at 50MP (f/1.5), 8MP (f/2.2), and 2MP (f/2.4), all using CMOS technology without a back-illuminated sensor. The main camera includes optical image stabilization, phase-detection autofocus, touch autofocus, continuous autofocus during video, and burst mode, though laser autofocus is absent and there is no optical zoom. Manual controls cover exposure, ISO, focus, and white balance, but manual shutter speed and RAW capture are not available. The Redmi Note 14 Pro runs Android 14 and includes a broad set of privacy and usability features. On the privacy side, users have access to clipboard warnings, location privacy controls, camera and microphone access management, and app tracking blocking, though cross-site tracking blocking and Mail Privacy Protection are not present. The interface supports dark mode, dynamic theming, theme customization, widgets, split-screen multitasking, Picture-in-Picture, full-page screenshots, a media picker, customizable notifications, and an extra dim mode, while focus modes and app offloading are not available. Additional capabilities include on-device machine learning, offline voice recognition, voice commands, Live Text, sharing intents, a child lock, multi-user support, phone tracking, battery health check, and the ability to play games while they download. OS updates are not delivered directly from the vendor, and features such as Wi-Fi password sharing and Quick Start are absent.

The Redmi Note 14 Pro houses a 5500 mAh rechargeable, non-removable battery with a built-in level indicator. It supports 45W fast charging, and a charger is included in the box. Wireless charging is not available on this device.

The Redmi Note 14 Pro includes a 3.5mm headphone jack and stereo speakers for audio output. On the wireless audio codec front, the device does not support aptX, aptX HD, aptX Adaptive, aptX Lossless, or LDAC, limiting Bluetooth audio to standard codec options.

Crash detection, emergency SOS via satellite, HDMI output, DLNA certification, motion tracking, optical tracking, and a built-in projector are all absent, and no stylus is included.

The Redmi Note 14 Pro features a curved display and includes a video light for recording. The screen uses neither sapphire glass nor e-paper technology.
