The Zebronics Zeb Sound Feast 40 has a physical volume of 1968 cm³ and measures 205 mm wide, 120 mm tall, and 80 mm thick, with a weight of 447 g that keeps it reasonably portable. It houses two drivers, each sized at 52 mm, and the controls are placed directly on the device itself rather than on a separate remote, as no remote control is included. The speaker does not feature a neodymium magnet, touch screen, RGB lighting, or a neckband form factor, and no travel bag is bundled in the package.
The speaker delivers a combined audio output of 2 x 4W and covers a frequency range spanning from 100 Hz up to 18000 Hz, with a passive radiator included to support low-frequency reproduction. The signal-to-noise ratio is rated at 70 dB, and the unit does not include magnetic shielding. For calls and voice interaction, a single microphone is built in, though it does not offer noise cancellation.
The Zeb Sound Feast 40 is equipped with a built-in rechargeable battery rated for up to 16 hours of playback, and a full charge takes approximately 3.5 hours to complete. A battery level indicator is included so the remaining charge is always visible at a glance. The battery is not removable, and wireless charging is not supported.
The speaker connects wirelessly via Bluetooth 5.3 with a maximum range of 10 m, and also accepts wired audio through an AUX input. It features two USB ports, one of which is USB Type-C, and includes an external memory slot for direct media playback. NFC pairing, Wi-Fi, Ethernet, DLNA, AirPlay, Chromecast, and Auracast are all absent, and there is no support for advanced Bluetooth audio codecs such as aptX, aptX HD, aptX Adaptive, aptX Low Latency, aptX Lossless, LDAC, AAC, or LE Audio. A 3.5 mm audio jack socket, a 3.5 mm male connector, and a dedicated microphone input are likewise not included.
The Zeb Sound Feast 40 can be used wirelessly and supports smartphone remote control, allowing basic playback management from a connected device. It includes a built-in FM radio and voice prompts for audio feedback during operation, along with a sleep timer for scheduled shutoff. Fast pairing and voice commands are not available, and the speaker does not function as a power bank nor does it offer a mute function.
The Zeb Sound Feast 40 does not support stereo pairing, meaning it cannot be paired with a second unit to create a two-speaker stereo setup.
