The Alcatel V3 Pro 5G features a 6.67″ IPS LCD touchscreen with a resolution of 720 x 1600 px and a pixel density of 263 ppi, paired with a 120Hz refresh rate for fluid on-screen motion. The display does not include branded damage-resistant glass, and it lacks support for HDR10, HDR10+, Dolby Vision, and Always-On Display functionality. There is no secondary screen, keeping the design focused on a single main panel.

The Alcatel V3 Pro 5G is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300, a 6 nm octa-core chipset with two performance cores clocked at 2.4 GHz and six efficiency cores at 2 GHz, supporting 64-bit processing, multithreading across 8 threads, big.LITTLE technology, and Heterogeneous Multi-Processing. The SoC includes an Arm Mali-G57 MC2 GPU running at 950 MHz with DirectX 12 support and integrated graphics, alongside integrated LTE. The device ships with 8GB of LPDDR4 RAM at 2133 MHz — expandable up to a maximum of 12GB — and 256GB of internal storage, with a maximum memory bandwidth of 17.07 GB/s and a cache hierarchy consisting of 512 KB L1, 1 MB L2, and 2 MB L3. In Geekbench 6 testing, the chipset scores 782 in single-core and 2012 in multi-core workloads.

The camera supports a broad set of manual controls — exposure, ISO, focus, and white balance — along with HDR mode, burst shooting, panorama, timelapse, and slow-motion video, while RAW capture and manual shutter speed are not available. Focus modes and Quick Start are absent, and the device does not receive direct OS updates from the vendor, nor can it function as a PC.
